I enjoy his travel show but not a big fan of his humorless bloopers at the end of the program! When Steves did a show on Germany and Berlin it made perfect sense for him to discuss National Socialism. In a similar vein I thought he did a good job of discussing the Jewish/Palestinian problem when he went to Israel and the West Bank.    

However when he did a recent program on National Socialism in Europe this was just another blatant effort by PBS to influence the voting in an election year! The EU has experienced some setbacks with the exit of the UK (driven by legal immigration) and the local negative reaction to the significant increase with illegal immigration. Perhaps I missed Ricky Bobby’s show about the threat of leftist dictatorships but let’s understand that is where the real long term external challenge is for the West! Internally the left will be challenge for democracies as well….

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

These are the two UK terrorist that beheaded James Foley among others. You may recall that his parents were outraged that it was illegal for them to pay a ransom to his terrorist hostage takers. I completely understand why his parents would want to do whatever it took to get him released. On the other hand allowing anyone to help fund Terrorists so that they can behead even more people is frankly outrageous! Their son knew exactly what the risk was having been kidnapped once already in the Middle East!

As for the terrorists the US has promised the UK that they would not to be executed which begs the question of why it is ok for the US to employ a double standard here. If you are at war you either execute all beheaders or none at all. If I had been Bill Barr I would not have agreed with UK demands to withhold execution but rather would have turned them both over to Iraq for “trial”! Now we are stuck with sending them to Guantanamo for the rest of their lives. Maybe we should send the Boston Bomber there as well.

Chief Justice Roberts is working overtime in an effort to appear that he is running a non-partisan Supreme Court! This all started with his vote for Obama Care! You do wonder how many politicians would have actually voted for it had it become their healthcare plan. As they say if you don’t have your health you don’t have anything. Exactly why the rich and influential will never accept just government funded healthcare!

Should RBG kick the bucket before the presidential election Robert’s has got to be worried about the US Senate moving to fill her vacancy. This of course would provoke the Demmy’s who could own DC next year to either pack the court as FDR attempted or impose term limits other than by death on the court! This is why the Chief Justice is working to make it appear that his court is not as partisan as Congress is!

Apparently according to the Goodyear Tire folks, acceptable work clothing includes; Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Pride (LGBT).

But under “Unacceptable” was anything that had Blue Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, MAGA and politically affiliated slogans or material.

So my black grandkids are acceptable but my white grandkids not so much. My gay relatives are acceptable but my straight relatives not so much.

And of course our men and women in blue will not be making America great again any time soon!

I often wear Black Dog Tee shirts and am assuming that because the dog is black that their ok to wear to work but I wear a lot of different Hawaiian shirts and I’m not Hawaiian so can someone tell me if that’s ok? But I do agree with Amazon’s decision not to sell Joe and The Hoe tee shirts!

Jill Biden should be well versed when it comes to broken families as her step son has done that repeatedly! Hunter first married Kathleen Buhle in 1993 and they have three children. The couple separated in 2015 and divorced in 2017. In 2016, he took up with Hallie Biden, the widow of his brother, Beau; they ended their relationship in early 2018.  Biden then fathered a child born to an alleged DC stripper in August 2018. In May 2019, Biden married Melissa Cohen, a South African. Their son was born in March 2020 in Los Angeles. Five kids in two broken families! Way to go Hunter!

No wonder that Joe looked the other way with Hunter’s foreign financial arrangements as Joe had 5 grandkids that needed keeping! Sorry but at the end of the day Biden chose his career over his family after tragedy took his first wife and daughter! Frankly people who live in glass houses shouldn’t be throwing stones at other broken families!

The Donald has a real tin ear when it comes to immigration and the economy! Trump made a huge error separating kids from their illegal immigrant parents. Worse still he put them in “cages” and lost America’s mothers over that one! It finally took the mother of his youngest kid to speak out against this policy in order for Trump to finally rescind it. That said ICE did determine that 30% of the adults and the kids they were bringing into the USA weren’t even related!

Even worse Trump pushes back on the wearing of masks which was the final straw for America’s mothers who will all be voting for Biden! It took the first lady to start wearing masks to get her tone deaf husband to start wearing one! The President was going to have a tough time winning re-election but has served himself up to a huge defeat because of his huge ego!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!         

Seems like America has been sucked up into a tornado and dropped into a land of very little people. We are no longer in Kansas or any other State for that matter and it is like no place like home used to be! The next US president will be very short on courage with either no brain or no heart! We are going from one extreme (no political experience) to the other extreme (career politician). America needs a wizard who has the courage to strike a balance between these two crazy extremes.   

Whether it was Reagan’s City on a Hill or Bush’s Thousand Points of Light we have been talking about Making America Great Again for a very long time now. Since that time we have been hollowed out by 9/11, the Housing Bubble and now the Pandemic. They say the bigger you are the harder you fall, so get ready, get set….

In 1942 US Army Chief of Staff George Marshall advocated a cross channel invasion of France. Would have been a complete disaster and likely resulted in delaying the African campaign into 1943. This in turn might have resulted in delaying the Italian campaign into 1944 and ultimately the D-Day invasion into 1945. The Allies would have won anyway but at greater loss of life and who knows maybe we would have had to drop the A bombs on Germany instead.

Like General Marshall the climate change radicals are insisting on a strategy that in the end will fail as they too are underestimating just how easy the fix really is. Their easy fix of wind and sun may well impose a greater loss of life than World War Two did. Unfortunately these are also the very same folks who believe that we should defund the police and give sixteen year olds the right to vote.

There is an old joke about what the difference is between a Terrorist and a Woman with PMS. The answer was that you could negotiate with a Terrorist. This of course assumes that the Terrorist wasn’t a woman with PMS! If that is the case than you’re very likely a dead man walking. Unless of course the President is Obama and he has draw a red line in the sand.

But along comes Kamala who Trumps says is an angry woman and the official Democrat newspaper declares that Trump is a racist for saying this. Had Joe picked Elizabeth Warren for V.P. instead and Trump called her an angry woman he could not have been called a racist by the Times but a Chauvinist pig instead. Yup the Red Herring is a real beatch

So here we go again with Trump attempting to define Kamala Harris as an illegal candidate much like he tried with Obama. The NY Times claims that this is racist and one wonders if the new standard for racism is any white person saying anything remotely negative about a black person. Was George Floyd a victim of racism just because the cop was white or was he the victim of an overly militaristic cop? Stay tuned!

Seems more reasonable to accuse Trump of being anti-illegal immigrant! Speaking of illegal immigrants, now that they all have US driver’s license, what is preventing them from self-certify on line that they are US citizens so they can register and vote for Joe and Kamala by mail? Given 10 million illegals in the USA way more likely that the Demmy’s steal this election then the Russian’s did for Trump in the last one!

An ancestor of US President Thomas Jefferson wants the President’s name removed from the Jefferson Memorial-We disagree! The issue is that Jefferson had kids by his wife’s black half-sister who was also his slave! Apparently he negotiated with her for her “services” by agreeing to free their children! Some of those kids would go on to pass as white while others did not.

Condoleezza Rice has made the point that America has not confronted this misogyny and abuse of black slave women in its history-We agree. We believe that all Southern White folks should have their DNA collected and matched to all of their black relatives. Then they should give them half of whatever inheritance their white families received in reparations!

Whether it is Barack Obama II or Kamala Harris the country is apparently not quite ready to go all in with a 100% Black person as President or VP! Like myself Obama is a first generation American on his paternal side while Harris is first generation on both her sides. It is interesting how the paternal name and race supersedes the maternal name and race.

In the old days you were either a Caucasoid (white), Mongoloid (yellow), or Negroid (black) person. The former President and future Vice President both self identify as being black. Interestingly while Obama’s mothers race was identified as being Caucasian on his birth certificate his fathers race was identified as African! Which of course in not a race but a nationality.

I was listening to an academic on C-Span who was saying that we should never have dropped the atomic bombs during WW2 and that they were totally unnecessary. My first thought was that his father or grandfather was not fighting in the Pacific at that time or that his father or grandfather was an academic who thought that fighting a war with Hitler over retaking the Ruhr was not called for either!

Had the so called American Firsters who were mostly acedemics taken on Hitler at that time six dead Nazi’s (including Hitler) instead of 60 million dead! The Academic children and grandchildren of these firster folks are once again reasserting themselves and one can only hope that they have learned from the mistakes of their fore bearers. If not way more than 60 million dead the next time around!

Two sides to every coin! No question that Obama was our greatest black President but he’s also half white and not even close to being our greatest white President. It is interesting to come at an issue from many different perspectives so as to develop the best solution. Bill Gates said that the long term challenge of addressing climate change is that on the one hand you have climate change deniers and on the other climate advocates that believe that there is an easy fix for it.

This November the Climate Change deniers will lose the White House only to be replaced by the easy fix climate advocates (Wind and Solar). Unfortunately if this issue becomes or even appears to become a life and death issue for the planet it could well provoke a World War 3. That might fix the climate problem but only if you are a survivor. Worst case is that the planet doesn’t survive either the war or the climate!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

Sorry Hilary but as you well know it ideally takes a mother and father and not a village to raise kids! With almost one in seven black families having a single parent in the home no wonder that they do less well on the SAT’s than Asian, White and Hispanic kids who have fewer single parent homes! This in turn results in black kids earning less money than guess who: Asian, White and Hispanic kids.

Now this is not to say that gay or lesbian parents can’t be better at parenting than heterosexual parents. But the best gay or lesbian parents can not be better parents than the best heterosexual parents. Sorry but there is a reason why the overwhelming majority of two parent households have one penis and one vagina in them!

Influenza is a virus that’s spread from person to person. It originates, actually, among birds and other animals such as pigs, and new viral strains of influenza come to the USA and to Europe from Southeast Asia. Data shows that new viruses appeared in Eastern and Southeast Asia 6 to 9 months before they showed up anywhere else. A new variant was as likely to turn up first in any of eight countries in eastern and Southeast Asia.

Flu season begins in October in the USA and peaks in February. This last influenza season saw up to 59 million cases of flu with up to 62,000 deaths according to the CDC. What the upcoming Flu season will look like when combined with Covid-19 seems pretty scary! Will people with one or the other be more susceptible to getting one or the other while battling to survive one or the other? We were lucky this year because Covid-19 did not really kick in here until after the flu season ended!

These days everyone should remain masked including General Flynn! Unfortunately the very day the VP Biden’s office asked for Flynn to be unmasked was the same day that the Washington Post unmasked him as well! We are sure that this is just a coincidence but look at the number of people who want to see a mask less Flynn, no real surprise why this country leaks like a sieve! Why would any foreign person in their right mind want to work undercover for this country?

Every August you can count on a discussion of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. How many American soldiers survived the war because Truman dropped the bomb(s)? Should “Give Him Hell” Harry not dropped them and just accepted a higher American body count instead? Which American family’s that had kids fighting in the Pacific would have supported that option?

Unfortunately the nuclear genie 🧞‍♀️ is out of the bottle and even if democracy comes to Iran they will still want their own nukes! The West can’t have it both ways and just look the other way when the Israeli’s developed their own nukes!

Whether it is Wolfowitz of Iraq or Kushner of Jerusalem it is well past the time for the 98% of non Jewish Americans to take back control over the USA’s Middle Eastern policy! It is perfectly understandable why the New York Times supported the Iraq War II and also Bloomberg’s support of moving Israel’s capital to Jerusalem but why was that good for the other 98% of us?

It is ironic that the founding fathers were so worried about the tyranny of the majority as the real threat to democracy has in fact become tyranny by a wealthy minority. This is not just a Republican or Democrat problem. Nor is it just a Jewish American issue. But should Bibi succeed in killing a two State solution by absorbing a large part of the West Bank the 100% of us who don’t have the right of return will have a real problem on our hands!

US citizens at birth but with no representation in Congress or the right to vote for the US president has left many Puerto Ricans with a bad taste in their mouths for the USA. I suppose you can’t blame them as they are neither in nor out.

For those of us who do have representation in Congress and can vote for the Presidency what exactly do WE get from Puerto Rico? Puerto Ricans do not pay federal income tax (unless they work for the US government) so a net negative amount financially. With all of the anti-colonial protests going on around in the world I would hope that AOC votes to take the USA out of the colony business! What is she waiting for?

So the Boston Strong Bomber gets another shot at living while some of his victims are understandably pissed off and wish he would die instead. Back in the day we hung folks high in the public square in an effort to reduce murders, rapes or even for horse stealing! Personally I think executions should be outlawed unless we are in a declared state of war.

The politicians spin these tragic episodic symptoms into celebrations whether it is Boston Strong or the Pulse Bar Resilience Day in Orlando. Pretty sure the victims would have preferred to have survived or at least had the root causes of their victimizations addressed. Instead we find ourselves celebrating what is in the end just another failure of our political leadership in this country!

I for one would be very supportive of erecting a statue on Wall Street to the Sage of Omaha, Warren Buffett for his investment prowess! But if that doesn’t work then lets erect a statue of Buffett in downtown Omaha in honor of his commitment to give away the billions of dollars he earn thru his investments!

Unfortunately as some of those investments included the delivery of sugar to some of America’s overweight fat little kids in the form of Soda and Ice Cream there may be some parents who will want to teardown his Wall Street statue. Also Warren’s recent investment in Natural Gas pipe lines may encourage climate change folks to tear down his statue in Omaha! But hey nobody is perfect!

Trump has a pretty good idea that he is going to go down in flames this fall. As a result he is already beginning to lay the groundwork that the election was stolen from him. He is attempting to delegitimize Biden’s presidency in the same way the left did to him with their whole Russian campaign thing. Some of Trump’s most ardent supporters will buy into this gambit but by in large it’s not going anywhere.

The longer term political ramification is that mail in voting will change the way America votes. That is because this is will not be a one off thing to accommodate the pandemic but rather a permanent change which clearly benefits the democrats. That in turn will drive the country to embrace social democracy that much quicker!

After 40 years of practice Biden has his whole moral outrage act down really well! The nicer class of folks will lap this up because of course helping others is what you are supposed to do. Over the years these folks have done an outstanding job of this but unfortunately are financing all of this largesse off the backs of our grand kids! Sorry guys but that is not a morally superior position and until they open their wallets and finance all of this good stuff with their own cash they are in fact occupying the morally inferior ground!

Once DC turns all blue next year, Biden and his cohorts will move to spend even more trillions, while raising taxes. They will use the 80/20 rule and tax the top 20% of income earners. How much of the existing federal debt of 25 trillion they actually pay off remains to be seen. Morally and economically that is the first thing that should be done but politically that is not going to happen. As a result you should expect a global depression next year!

 So one of Bernie Sander’s campaign co-chairs said that the choice between Trump and Biden was like having a bowl of shit in front of you! And you have to eat half of it, but it’s still shit! She’s right, Trump is a complete idiot and Biden is a complete incompetent! Regardless of who wins I’ll be asking the winner “A sphincter says what?”

This country consumes increasing amounts of resources so that shit eaters on both the left and right can campaign 24/7/365. At the end of the day the Repub’s and the Demmy’s end up nominating a couple of sphincters. Understandably the parties tell their voters to hold their noses and vote! What is it going to take for the American voter to stop electing or reelecting a bunch of assholes?

In the meantime the murder rates in large US cities are up almost 22% overall given all of this push back against the cops!

Given current world events a President Biden is a very scary thought even if he wasn’t a 78 years old version!

THIS COMPARES TO 24% OF WHITE KIDS, 40% OF HISPANIC KIDS AND 67% FOR BLACK KIDS!

Coming off of a white cop, black victim death we have a white lady judge who is being accused of racism for detaining a young black girl for not doing her homework! Could be racism, could be the right thing to do but in this environment we are unlikely to learn the truth either way!      

I was watching a TV show with Sir Charles Barkley over the weekend. He speaks at a lot of Schools to black students. He tells them how important education is but that unfortunately many don’t care because they expect to become the next sports or rapper super star! He said some who weren’t into sports or rapping were only interested in becoming hucksters! Asian students have the highest graduation rate of 92%, followed by Whites at 89%, then Hispanic at 81%, and Blacks at 79%.

It IS the economy stupid but just not when you are in the middle of the pandemic! Donald was so focused on protecting his one and only accomplishment that he self- inflicted a mortal wound into his re-election campaign. The fact is that had he done the reverse and shutdown the US economy sooner like the Chinese did, perhaps things would have been different!

Now everyone in America is asking who that masked man is and that is way too little way too late to salvage the Donald’s campaign! This stupidity will cost the Republicans the US Senate although in fairness to the Republican’s it was the Democrat Governors in NY, CT and NJ who failed their citizens! But then this is Katrina all over again and it is way better for the left leaning media to blame a Republican president as opposed to a Democrat governor!

The EU has richer countries and poorer countries. The poorer countries want the richer countries to grant them some money to fight the coronavirus. Some of the richer countries (Sweden, Holland, Austria and Denmark) want to loan these countries instead of giving them this money! These countries are being referred to as the frugal four!          

The EU is up to its eyeballs in debt with debt levels averaging 84% of GDP. The top 2 debtors are Greece at 178% and Italy at 137%. Both Sweden and Denmark are at 35% of GDP. Of course the grasshoppers want the ants to bail them out so they can maintain their easier way of life!

Both George W Bush and Donald J Trump won the Presidency with less than the popular vote. Both will go down in history as huge failures although perhaps not quite as bad as The NY Times Editorials would have you believe.

On the other hand we are the world leader in capital intensive digital jobs. Warren Buffet is correct that their is a bright future for the digital world leader but that will take money. Europe is not a digital leader because of how much capital their governments take in taxes. America is headed for the European tax model and combined with the West’s debt levels will make it extremely difficult to maintain whatever lead they currently have.

So the CEO of Goya has complemented Trump bringing on a boycott at the behest of AOC and others. The company is a Hispanic American owned family business based in New Jersey. The family immigrated from Puerto Rico which apparently Trump is looking to sell.

I use Goya’s Adobo spices on fresh Tuna and serve this on a bed of sweet pickled cucumbers, topped with Avocado, Roasted peppers, Scallions and diced Garlic that is marinated in Fresh Orange and Lime juice and Olive Oil. Amazingly!

Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has served in the US House of Reps for 13 years and is 55 years old

Senate Majority Leader McConnell has served in the US Senate for 37 years and is 78 years old

Senate Majority Leader Schumer has served in the US Senate for 22 years and is 70 years old.

Both Pelosi and McConnell are running for re-election in 2020. As for Biden and Trump, Joe was in the Senate for 36 years followed by 8 years as VEEP. Trump has been Prez for 3.5 years. We are going from one extreme to the other experience wise and who knows maybe Kim Kardashian West’s husband who has zero experience will the next POTUS.

Once again Joey Chestnut won the National Hot Dog eating contest by choking down 75 tube steaks. Makes you wonder how many pounds of lips and assholes that would add up to be? Over the lips and thru the gums lookout asshole here they comes! Frankly amazing and it’s likely going to make for the world biggest crap too…I wonder if he gets a trophy for that as well?

Personally, I prefer my brand of dogs to have been blessed by a Rabbi! I understand that eating kosher means that is okay to eat the whole cow, so I imagine that it’s alright with Hebrews to eat the lips and asshole too. But that could be just another old chestnut.

I remember as a freshman in High School getting really pissed off when Seniors (no not old people) would cut in line in front of you in the lunch line. Every now and then a teacher would catch them and make them go to the end of an even longer line. 😁

In the end this is the only way we will fix the illegal immigration problem in this country. Unfortunately the left is now describing them as homeless as opposed to undocumented so the left continues to move the country in the wrong direction here. Quite sure there are immigrants who felt like I did as a freshman, wanting to come here legally but with everyone cutting the line why wouldn’t you do the same? An inspiring movie about a dedicated teacher who succeeded in graduating all of her 150 racially diverse students out of high school. Unfortunately this is not typical as generally speaking only 78% of black students, 80% of Hispanic students, 89% of white students and 91% of Asian students graduate from High School every year.

Blacks are at the bottom of SAT scores, high school graduation rates and income distribution as well. And yet Asian and Hispanic immigrants beat them on all three counts. Is it institutional black racism that is going on here or something else?

I have absolutely no problem with black people playing white folks as long as they do not perform in white face. I completely understand why black people would have a problem with Al Jolson performing My Mammy in black face or Asians rejecting Warner Oland’s performance in the Charlie Chan movies!

But it does seem that the only way a gay guy can play a straight guy or a straight guy can play a gay guy is too act way over the top as either a super macho guy or a super hysterical guy respectively.  Sorry just doesn’t work for me either way!

I remember when Lee Iacocca went to Washington begging the FEDS to loan Chrysler money to avoid bankruptcy. There was a lot of concern expressed in DC about establishing this kind of precedent and rightly so. With much fanfare Chrysler repaid the loan and as a result got another larger loan from the FEDS in 2008. Unfortunately this time they were joined by GM and a number of banks as well. That dough was eventually paid back by GM and Chrysler.

The FEDS are now throwing huge amounts of cash at everyone in response to the Pandemic. If the pandemic disappears this year then maybe we get lucky and dodge the third strike. But if not very likely the West tanks economically and America will never see any of these loans paid off. Oh and that would be strike 3 for the little 3!

The left is making a lot of noise about Bill Barr’s heavy handed support of his boss. But how does Bill compare with Bobby? Very understandable that JFK would like RFK to do his black bag work. Imagine any other President past or future appointing his own 35 year old kid brother as US Attorney General.

In fact it smelled so bad nepotistically that the US Senate took a voice vote on Bobby Kennedy’s nomination! Can you imagine Trump getting away with appointing his Sister (who was a judge) as Attorney General? But what if Trump’s sister issued a wiretap on MLK III like Bobby did on the Third’s Father? All hell would break loose! The BLM folks should demand the removal of RFK’s name off of the the US Department of Justice Building in DC!

A police strategy that was used successfully in NYC for several years. My youngest daughter went to Barnard College just like Tessa Majors did and many times walked thru the same park that Tessa did. Unlike Tessa my baby girl would survive and go on to get her PhD at Columbia, Tragically, Tessa never made it out of her freshman year.

One of the differences is that my daughter went at a time when the NYPD did stop and frisks. Now as we stop frisking and defund our cops the murder rates will be increasing once again. No one was safe there and the City was absolutely lawless then. Let’s hope we don’t come full circle!

Let’s say for the sake of the argument that Ms Jenner is having intercourse with a woman who self identifies as a man but still sports a vagina, are they then actually having heterosexual relations?

So the summer of love lasted less than a week after two back to back shootings in Seattle. A 19 year old black kid was murdered and I image he will not get the same kind of funeral that George Floyd got. Very likely no Reverend Al but then the Rev. can’t possibly preach at the over 7000 black on black murder victim funerals every year.

Meanwhile in Chicago over the Father’s Day weekend 104 people shot with 14 dead including a 3 and 13 year old. How many of those funerals will the Reverend Jesse be attending? Both Cities are run by lady democrats who should get there own houses in order before they criticize others. Also both are sanctuary cities, some of whom likely committed some of the above!

No, not Disney World but generally either Denmark or Norway have been voted as having the happiest populations in the world. This would not have been the case in the 1940’s as both countries were occupied by Nazi Germany during the war. After WW2 it was the American Army that keep the Soviets off their doorsteps allowing both to rebuild their countries!

Norway is not a member of the EU because it would have to pay them a ton of money while getting little in return. Denmark is a member but does not use the Euro while considered leaving the EU like the UK has. But I do remember an old joke that when Mickey was going to divorce Minnie, Walt asked him about a rumor he had heard that Mickey thought Minnie was crazy, Mickey then told Walt that he hadn’t said she was crazy, he said she was fucking Goofy!

So the Germans are pissed again with Trump because he is withdrawing 9500 troops out of the 36,000 we have stationed there. Germany is the world’s 4th largest economy so it not like they can’t afford to make up the difference in manpower! The German Army is 64,000 strong protecting 83 million Germans.

This is compared to the UK which is the world’s 7th largest economy with 79,000 soldiers and a population of 69 million. The French who are the world’s 6th largest economy have 117,000 soldiers protecting 67 million French people. Given this the Germans have no leg to stand on here and need to step up while the USA steps back!

The fact is that these folks were never completely reformed after the J. Edgar days and that is because Hoover was an abject failure of both Republican and Democrat supervision or lack thereof. Rather than to confront his legacy and take his name off the building all they did was to impose term limits on his successors.

Taking his name off the building would have been equivalent to an admission of guilty by our career Pols who were not willing to go there. Sorry folks but the last thing the country needs is another federal holiday. That said I’m sure that all the government workers would appreciate another day off. As for the States and Cities that are adopting Juneteenth as a holiday let’s walk the talk and get rid of Columbus Day at the same time.

The fact is that every company that I have worked for has never given me Martin Luther King Day as a holiday, while some have given me Columbus Day. Before we start adding another less than celebrated black holiday shouldn’t we all jump on the MLK holiday bandwagon first?

So here we are in the middle of a pandemic and all the protests over being in lockdown for the last 3 months. Along comes the black lives matter protest and the last thing the Chief Justice wants on top of this is for all the LGBTQ folks to be out there protesting also. But if that is not enough the Dreamers case comes along in the middle of this and once again Justice Roberts doesn’t want the Hispanic folks exploding onto the streets so he delays any decision there until after the pandemic is over.

Roberts did the same thing when ruling in favor of the Obamacare tax increase! He is working very hard to project an image that his court is not politically partisan, but that has been DOA since the Supremes 5-4 vote against Gore. I suppose if everyone in America was out on the streets protesting at the same time the cops would probably just throw in the towel and join them all.

So some folks wish to remove this statue because it shows a black man kneeling at Lincoln’s feet. This statue is historically correct, Lincoln only emancipated the slaves he did not make them equal. The fact is had Lincoln chosen to fight the Civil War over equality it would have only lasted a couple of days! This statue should serve as a reminder to all white folks that the job of equality was only half completed by Lincoln.

Unfortunately the North would eventually lose the peace and the long term struggle for black equality would be derailed as a result of Jim Crow. MLK would get it back on track and one hopes that the end result of George Floyd’s death will be to get it across the finish line! Until then I hope that this statue will remain in place as a reminder that we are not there yet!

The pandemic and the elimination of the filibuster will allow the extreme left wing of the Demmy’s to move the Country as rapidly and as far as they can to the left. The one remaining obstacle to this is our judicial system. This explains Senator Lindsey Graham’s recent call for older judges to retire so that the Repub’s can stall, limit or deny this effort by the Socialist. Expect another Rooseveltian effort to overload the Supreme Court.

Come 2045 whites will be in the minority in the USA. The reason why whites will be in the minority is because of illegal immigration. Should the Democrats win Congress and the White House in 2020 they will move to make these folks legit. Expect 30 million new US citizens.

As for the NRA expect the new Congress to move rapidly to make the AR-15 illegal again as well as the elimination of the law that does not allow gun manufacturers to be sued. It will be open season on the second amendment. Speaking personally way too many guns and illegal immigrants in the USA.

An interesting TV show about how the Irish are still running the NYPD. Today 67% of New York City residents are either black, Hispanic or Asian, while over 50% of NYPD are white. There are only two ways too completely eliminate any racist charges being made against these 50% of cops. The first is to completely defund the police, while the second is to fire all white cops. No cops, no complaints or an all minority police force means no racist complaints.

This does not mean that we live happily ever after but instead all future complaints will be about poor training as oppose to white cop/minority victim =racist policing. In a more perfect world people should be policed by people who either look like them or better yet can talk like them. That is a very difficult thing to accomplish given the power of police union.

Why then do we believe that government run elementary education is better than private education? Only the monopolistic teachers union and democrat politicians think it is!

At the beginning of the US Civil War the North fought to preserve the Union. It would morph into an anti-slavery cause in part to avoid a world war. It was never about equality until Booth’s assassination of Lincoln. Lincoln was the only person who could have kept the radical republicans in check. With his death the abolitionist would impose equality on the south which would only last until the election of Rutherford B Hayes.

Hayes’ election would then usher in the Jim Crow era in the south and another Century of repression by Southern White Democrats on their black citizens. Now because we have a government monopoly on public elementary education and because text books are approved by southern white folks living somewhere in Texas, the history of this country has been portrayed in a biased manner, thereby overlooking the ill treatment of minority groups. The Northern White Republicans May have won the war but Southern White Democrats would win the peace!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

Over 50% of all murders in the USA are committed by black people who are only 14% of the US population. These mostly black men commit murders 90% of the time on people who were members of their own race. As for charges of institutional racism why then are Asians and Hispanics doing better than blacks?

There is no question that both slavery and Jim Crow have had a significant, deep rooted negative impact on black Americans which will require huge resources to heal. However it is very difficult to see how throwing dollars in the form of some kind of reparations is an effective way to resolve these longer term challenges. Optimally, America should have met this problem long before allowing millions of illegals into the country. Cie la vie!

Let’s assume for the sake of the argument that I’m a CEO of a very successful public company in the let’s say food service industry. I’m not going to hire a pretty young lady to work for me because when you consider how easy it is for social media to destroy your business over a sexual harassment claim it’s just too risky. The days of your being innocent until proven otherwise are over.

Even more challenging is hiring a beautiful black lady who has the opportunity to accuse you of being a racist and a sexual harasser. Today that would be considered a double whammy slam dunk. The safer bet is to hire a “dog” and at least you’ve improved your odds, a male dog would be even better (assuming you’re not gay). Increasingly it is open season on guys and especially white guys. But hey speaking metaphorically of course some of them do deserve to have their necks stepped on!

Like everyone else I have watched a lot of Netflix during the pandemic. On a Wednesday i’m watching a movie about Dalton Trumbo and the Hollywood Ten. The US Congress would vote overwhelming 346-17 to hold Trumbo and nine others in contempt. The moral of the story was that it was not illegal to be a communist in America. The movie would directly and indirectly take shots at a Republican Senator and a Republican controlled Supreme Court.

But let’s assume that Dalton had a twin brother named Dillon and that he belonged to a group of National Socialists. Like his brother he refuses to name the names of his fellow Nazi’s. Is the only moral of this story then, that the brothers defended their right to believe in whatever they wished to? But what about the potential mortality of either brother supporting a Hitler or a Stalin? Dalton’s movie says nothing about Stalin and a “Dillon” type of movie will never be made! But that “minor” oversight will not stop the socialist democrats from giving this movie two thumbs way up!

No this isn’t about a baseball pitchers earned run average, but rather about the equal rights amendment to the US Constitution. I remember when my wife was promoted and the guy who replaced her as the fifth grade teacher and who had half her teaching experience started at a higher salary than she had been paid for the same job. Frankly outrageous and she did not complain but I was pissed for how the male head of school had effectively slapped her in the face!

I remember running a manufacturing company and I had one lady that could make 75 tools per hour while another guy could only make 50. Unfortunately the passage of the ERA will not result in more pay for more work. But rather the political socialist with their union and plaintiff lawyer allies will dictate equal pay for the same job regardless of performance. Karl Marx would be very pleased!

I agree with General Mattis’ comments that Trump is divisive. However he is not a King and as a result is not the root cause for this division. It is an election year and he is pandering to his base who are white and will vote in the millions for him this Fall. The continuing economic decline of Americans will accelerate and exacerbate the right/left divide in the USA.

Should the Democrats win both the Senate and White House it will definitely accelerate the economic decline of Republican white folks. Biden has stated that he will not increase taxes on incomes under $400000 but he is even more of a career politician than GHW Bush was, who told people to read his lips for what that was worth eventually. The left in reaction to the last 4 years of Trump rule will be to come after a larger percentage of white folks paychecks, assets, and health insurance plans.

And that is all I’m going to say about that.

So the billionaire founder of Black Entertainment Television (BET) is recommending that we pay 14 trillion dollars in slave reparations. With 48 million black Americans that would equal a payment of approximately $300,000 to every man, woman and child. My 5 year old granddaughter has one black parent so would she only receive half of this? What about Congress Lady Ilhan Omar who only became an American in 2000. Should she get less than someone who has been American all of their life?

And what about Tiger Woods and LeBron James who have more money than God! When you factor in all of these variables is it possible that someone will get far more than $300,000? All of this of course assumes that white folks are paying for all of this? If so get ready for every white man, woman and child to pony up $70000 each!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

Whenever I see these tragic incidents I immediately think of my two beautiful little grandkids and hope that someday America will fix this problem. At the same time I ask myself what problem needs to be fixed. The fact is we have a well armed militia on both sides of the divide acting either in a legal or illegal manner. Regrettably this country has an addiction to solving problems in a violent manner!

As for the cop in Minnesota, was this a purely racist act or symptomatic of how some of our so called protectors, enforce the law. In other words is the fix required just a training or retraining issue? This answer is a very important one for me because I need to know whether I should be worried about two of my beautiful grandkids or perhaps for all four of them!

Recently The NY Times wrote a page one article about their almost one hundred interviews of people who knew Tara Reade who has accused the next President of the United States of Sex Abuse. Did the Times produce the very same page one article about the hundred people who knew Christine Blasey Ford?

More importantly what has the #MeToo done to get Biden’s Senate Personnel files released? There are any number of female supporters of the Me Too movement in the US House and Senate including Nancy Pelosi and Kamala Harris who could file a bill changing the law allowing for the release of all tax payer funded papers. Unfortunately the Me Too movement is showing itself to be a politically biased organization! As for the politically biased NY Times they will be endorsing BIDEN!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

Back in the day you had news anchors like Cronkite and Huntley who were smart enough to write their own stuff. Over time they were replaced with pretty faces and commanding voices that merely read what some intelligent reporter gave them. One network would take this to a whole other level bringing in some very pretty blondes to read the news.

With the explosion of TV news channels it is difficult to tell whether they are reporters or entertainers. It has gotten so bad that they are now using the idiot kids of ex-politicians who are either partisan, dumb or both.

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

So in the next presidential election the choice is going to be voting for the idiot Trump or the incompetent Biden. Biden is expected to win and those who voted for him will literally be dancing in the streets, if he does. It is sort of like giving people the choice between having explosive diarrhea or projectile vomiting. Speaking personally not a big fan of having either the runs or puking.

All of which reminds me that I went to my first restaurant yesterday. The waitress brought out our order and came back 5 minutes later to ask how it all came out? I told her that I would let her know tomorrow. Frankly way too early to be asking this unless of course the food was so bad there that it had already given me a Trump (code for explosive diarrhea) or a Biden (code for projectile vomiting).

Nazi Propaganda Minister Goebbels had an easy time of selling the German people on Adolph Hitler. I know this first hand because my German Step-Grandmother told me so. She said the German people loved Hitler. After the war a Yale professor designed a test method to determine why this was so. But first he tried it out on local folks who tested so well that he didn’t have to take it to Germany.

The bigger they are the harder they fall and once this country falls someone on the left or right will have an even easier time of convincing the American people on what is right versus what is wrong. This is especially true given the explosion in media outlets, including social media. Increasingly way too many people only listen to mass media on the left or right as opposed to listening to both sides of the argument. They are making the future American Goebbels job way too easy!

I walk my beagle on a leash everyday at a local State Park. There are posted signs that require dogs to be on a leash but the majority of folks disobey this requirement. There is a lady who walks her big white dog on a leash and she yells at those who are not following the leash rule. Not the most popular lady there but she is right none the less.

Therefore the Central Park bird watcher had every right to yell at the lady with her dog off the leash. I have no idea if she felt threatened in anyway although it was a very smart move by the bird watcher to video this confrontation. Perhaps had the lady just said that she was being confronted by a man, she might still have her job. Better yet if she had just followed the leash requirement rules, no harm, no foul, no phone call, no African American and no video on Twitter!

Otherwise known as let the games begin. By the time I experienced my first intercourse my every waking moment was on the hunt for cunt. One of the major upsides of getting married is of course the expectation of a steady diet of sex. However going in you understand that you’re going to have to to be willing to pay whatever the inevitable price of admission your wife expects and demands.

Over time after having  experienced a couple of thousand ejaculations the hunt is just not as exciting as it used to be! And once you’ve gone thru the male version of woman-pause you are increasingly less willing to pay the high price of admission that your wife continues to expect and demand. When that happens that is when life has come full circle and your wife has experienced her first Dry Nightmare!

Some years ago I worked for a corporation that put newly minted college grads thru an intensive sales product training program. The successful candidates were invited to the VP of Sales home for a congratulatory dinner with his Catholic School educated wife. It so happened that the VP of Sales was married to the daughter of the CEO.

I used to say that everything was relative and everyone who worked there was a relative also. Anyway one of the male candidates asked the VP’s wife if she knew what the difference was between a Big Mac and a Blow Job? When she said no, he said to her “well then how about lunch tomorrow” Now that’s what Bill Clinton would call a really happy meal and yup the trainee was fired the next day!

And that is all I’m going to say about that.

So far this year 18 cops have been gunned down in the line of duty in the USA. Serves as a nasty reminder to people who serve us that they are literally working in a life or death job. As a result the job has tended to attract ex military who can take an overt militaristic approach to law enforcement. Unfortunately because their are way too many guns out there on both sides this feeds into the level of violence as well. Waco begot Oklahoma City for example.

I much prefer the Brit’s Bobby approach with their beat cops unarmed and special armed Bobby units used for really dangerous situations. But this only works if the general population is unarmed as well. As a result the Brits beat cop can afford to be far less militaristic in approach than their USA counterparts. Less violence begets less violence!

And that is all I’m going to say about that.

The media makes a big deal over the fact that the millennials are the first generation that will not do better than previous generations but that is not true. We actually peaked with the greatest generation. The boomers would do better than their so called greatest parents because both boomer husband and wife worked!

However my wife and I we’re an exception to this rule as she stayed home and raised our 3 kids. They would go on to earn a total of 3 bachelor degrees, 5 master degrees and 1 PhD between them! The best long term investment we ever made! My kids generation not only were the first latch key generation but half were from one parent households given the high divorce rates of the time! Between the housing bubble and the pandemic only those millennials practicing polygamy are going to do better than their boomer parents.

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

 

The world is dominated by tactical doers who generally only see what is right in front of them. When you consider the level of disruption that is happening in the world, in the valley of the blind the one eyed country is king! This is too say that the country that has implemented the smartest long term strategy is going to occupy the high ground when this disruption comes to a conclusion.

I remember Bush 41 going to Japan to ask their Prime Minister to buy more American cars. The Prime Minister pointed out that Japan drove on the other side of the road and Detroit did not make any cars with the steering wheel on the correct side. Bush’s effective response was to literally vomit all over his Japanese counterpart. Today, Trump’s strategy is to shit all over everyone. American democracy has gone strategically from bad to worse!

 State and individual sponsored hackers are attacking both personal and business computer systems in an effort to undercut our digital strengths. Recently a Florida city paid a $600,000 ransom in order to retrieve city records. This was on top of $1 million they spent for new computers and hardware! This kind of successful economic assault on our digital technology will impact on our success in this area and could ultimately impact our economy!      

Frankly begs the question why the FEDS would allow Cities or anyone else’s for that matter to pay any kind of ransom, its not like its a life or death situation. In the end all it does is to encourage computernappers to attempt more of these shakedowns! The more success they have the weaker our strength becomes.

And that is all going to say about that! 

 

Everyone has their own ideas as to what reasonable is. As for me I have no proof that Al Capone killed anyone but I’m pretty sure he did! Hell I’m even sure that there is more than one person out there who still thinks O.J. is innocent! Some require a smoking  gun while others demand DNA in order to overcome any reasonable doubt.

Increasingly the better safe than sorry folks are taking a back seat to the benefit of the doubt folks. The better safe than sorry crowd are being portrayed by the left as either racist or nationalist or both. The giving the benefit of the doubt crowd are the great grandkids of the folks that ruled America in the 1930’s. Who knows maybe they will get it right this time!

So the Speaktress of the House Pelosi calls POTUS Trump morbidly obese which is a bit of the kettle calling the pot black! I remember ten years ago topping off at 210 pounds and my doctor calling me morbidly obese. When I asked about what the 300 and 400 pounders were called he said dead people walking although many were actually riding around in one of those powered scooters.

We are the fattest nation on the planet and I have no problem with fat shaming which is exactly what the medical profession was doing to me when I weighed in at 210. The fact is it worked and I made permanent changes to my eating habits and have weighed in at 175 for sometime now. No question that a few have a food addiction but no all.

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

 

So the morally superior career democrat congressional politicians passed the largest single budget bill in history for 3 trillion dollars. All of which they are expecting our grandkids to pay for. I think it is great that we are doing all of these wonderful things to help people thru the current pandemic. But I also believe that it is morally bankrupt to impose this cost on our yet to be born voters.

Whatever became of the Tea Party? They completely disappeared once they understood that their Republican party elders which also included Trump no longer cared about paying down the debt. Both parties have played a large hand in the legal decadence and financial decline of the American Empire!

My business mentor used to say to never confuse effort with result. You could be the hardest working person on the planet but if your not getting the desired result than what good are you? While the West is very much focused on having the fairest process the East is more focused on getting the best result!

This becomes very obvious when you consider the relative death tolls stemming from the latest Chinese Virus. The West has expended a tremendous amount of effort in attempting to control the spread of the virus with Melinda Gates rightly criticizing the 51 different methods being used in the USA (50 States and Federal Government). Asia, on the other hand has gotten significantly better results as clearly demonstrated by South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Every hundred years or so our democratic system seems to fails us. In the 1850’s we saw the emergence of a third party escape valve with the establishment of the Republican Party lead by Abraham Lincoln. Over the succeeding hundred years the establishment democrat/republican career politicians have done much harm in allowing our democracies escape valve ability to function properly!

Every hundred years or so capitalism seems to fail us. Along came Democrat FDR who employed government sponsored escape valves to save it from itself. Bloomberg would have done this as well but the Democrats have rejected capitalism for socialism. Unfortunately the Republicans are incapable of saving it other than for themselves. No future 3rd Party Lincoln’s will emerge to save us!

I remember when this pandemic first started that a married bisexual guy went to a NYC bath house where he picked up the AIDS virus. He went home where he passed it on to his wife who in turn passed it on to the next door neighbor, that she was having an affair with! The neighbor in turn then passed it on to his wife. Within 6 months all four were dead. At the time William F Buckley “suggested” that any gay person with the Virus should have it tattooed on their ass.

The current pandemic was apparently started by someone in China eating a bat (no not the baseball kind). Like Buckley, I think any and all bat eaters should be required to be tattooed on their forehead BAT EATER. These folks should then be banned from entering the USA! Unfortunately many are already USA citizens having been born here but taken right back to China shortly after birth.

Any wonder that this country can’t keep anything secret plus on the very same day Biden unmasked Flynn the Washington Post publishes a story about all of this. Pathetic, do the career politicians in this country really care about the the USA or are they all just on a power trip?

These tests have been under attack over the last several years. Early on they were a problem for our education professionals as test scores were declining as against previous generation test scores. The teachers union fixed this by having the test scored differently so that no direct comparisons could be made.

Now there is a push to eliminate there use for college admissions. This of course is crazy because everyone in high school gets A’s or is on some form of the honor roll(honors, high honors, highest honors). You get rid of the SAT’s and you lose all ability to separate the wheat from the chaff but then that is exactly the point. This is nothing more than a college for all scam conducted by the Demmy’s who are also pushing for free college as well! More importantly both Black and Hispanic Democrats score lower on the SAT’s than White and Asian’s folks. Lastly it solves the inner City educational SAT disparity which helps the Demmy allied Teacher Unions.

And that is all I’m going to say about that.

 

Fired General Mattis, fired General McChyristal, fired General Flynn. Who is Obama. He would fail to cross the red line he drew in Syria and all hell would break loose in the Middle East. General Mattis resigned, General Kelly resigned, General Flynn resigned. Who is Trump. He gave up the Golan Heights, the West Bank and Jerusalem and all hell will eventually break loose in the Middle East.

Perhaps someone else can put Humpty Dumpty back together again there, as the USA continues to make a bigger mess of it under both of these C in C’s. Our long term middle eastern strategy is as clear as mud. All of which does not let the former C in C Bush 43 off the hook Or the future C in C Biden!

Very likely the Democrats will control the House of Reps, the Senate, and the White House come January 2021. Trump and the Republican controlled Senate were going to have a hard time of winning even before the pandemic hit. If the Demmy’s do not have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate they will most certainly kill what remains of it.

This will be the beginning of the end of the republic and capitalism. A worst case pandemic coupled with a global depression will accelerate the move to a full blown socialist democratic society. Say goodbye to the Electoral College as well! Say hello to slave reparations, life long welfare allotments, Medicare for most, and free college education.

I knew a self proclaimed Don Juan whose’s strategy for getting laid was to go ugly early. Seemed that good looking ladies required way too much work with no gratification guarantee at the end of the night. Perhaps had Weinstein pursued the same strategy it would have gone better for him.

Question? What are things that happen every hundred years or so. Pretty soon Nancy Pelosi’s hometown San Francisco will be facing all three. Will see how well prepared they are but I will say that given the size of the population of California they have done a relatively better job of dealing with the Coronavirus, as compared to New York.

When you also factor in Climate Change, A.I., and the emergence of China our kids and grandkid are facing several extremely challenging environments. Because democracies are dominated by small picture, short term, tactical doers (as opposed to big picture, long term, strategic thinkers) this level of disruption could very likely overwhelm the democratic process in the West.

I’m a white collar professional who is still working and receiving a bonus check from the Federal Government. Makes absolutely no sense but the politicians on the right are making sure that I vote for them. The other day I was behind a blue collar worker at the local gas station and the store owner asked him how he was doing. He said great because between his unemployment check and and the bonus check from DC he was making more money than when he was working! Way to go lefties!

What a great country we live in that our professional politicians give their voters such filthy lucre. As a result we will be adding even more trillions of debt to the existing trillions that we are already in hock for. I want to thank my grandkids for their largesse as they are the ones who are funding all of this insanity.

When the TSA was created, instead of adding this cost to the price of a ticket it was buried into the tax code. That of course meant that people who didn’t fly at all or not often were picking up some of the cost of the TSA for folks that flew a lot. Great for frequent flyers and the airlines, not so great for non flyer tax payers. Plus no real reason not to have added this cost directly to the ticket price of all flyers!

All that said have you ever wondered how much faster it would be to get thru TSA if everyone had to check their baggage? How about how much time could be saved by this when enplaning and deplaning without bags? What about how much safer it might be if all baggage was checked?

Frankly tragic that the family has to keep relearning that they are cursed! But the succeeding generations have increasingly become a big hot mess and it don’t smell exactly like Chanel #2 either. If you’re smart you’ll think about getting into a car or plane with one, ski or take drugs with one, let your young daughter babysit or marry one either! But always awful when a young one loses their life to the family curse or otherwise.

If there was a Profiles in Stupidity award my vote would be for Bobby Jr whose position on vaccines has even been criticized by some of the smarter members of his own family. I really hope that if a vaccine is developed for the Coronavirus that Junior is put at the end of the line! That said the Kennedy’s are way over rated as a political dynasty and apparently not even smart enough to understand that they are jinxed. Is it arrogance, ego, or just plain stupidity?

In the middle of a very contentious election they are broadcasting a show about a corrupt Republican Senator and an inspirational Democrat Presidential piece. No real surprise!

You completely understand why the Demmy’s want to continue to fund them with taxpayer moolah. This isn’t to say that they don’t do some wonderful stuff like Mr Rogers and Sesame Street. But unfortunately just like commercial TV they have become more blatantly partisan. I used to watch MacNeil/Lehrer every week night but today not watching Judy so much.

And that is all I’m going to say about that.

The official newspaper of the Democrat party recommends that the democrat party investigate their fellow democrat and future democrat Presidential nominee Joe Biden for any sexual harassment claims. This after the two most powerful demmy woman in the party  Hillary and Nancy have already given creepy Joe a pass. Yup that works. For Joe that is.

What needs to happen is that the Biden Senate papers which were bought and paid for by US taxpayers should be open for review immediately. US Senators should not own these documents and this rule or law should be challenged by the Times and every other media outlet. It was very clear from Joe’s recent interview with Mika “My daddy was a Demmy” Brzezinski, that Biden doesn’t want anyone going anywhere near them.

And that is all I’m going to say about that.

The ASPCA has been spending big bucks on ads lately, pulling hard on people’s heart strings. All of which reminds me of the three dogs that were being held at the local vet hospital.

Dog #1 asked Dog #2 what he was in for? Dog #2 said that his owners had a new baby and when it reached for one of his dog toys he bit it. The owners then brought him in to have him put down. Dog #2 then asked Dog #1 what he was in for? Dog #1 said that he had taken a crap on his owners new and very expensive oriental carpet and they had also brought him in to be put down! Then Dog’s #1 and #2 both asked Dog #3 what he was in for? Dog #3 said that when his young female owner was washing dishes in the nude, he mounted her and wham, bam thank you ma’am. The two Dogs said wow she’s putting you down for that? Oh no replied Dog #3 I’m in for a shampoo and to my have nails clipped!

Frankly an amazing double standard between how the Demmy’s and their media allies handled the Kavanaugh and Biden sex scandals. Hillary who completely enabled her husband’s womanizing and the Speaker of the House Pelosi who gave Hillary’s husband a pass on impeachment are doing the same for Creepy Joe!

Biden conducted his own investigation by talking to former Senate staff who didn’t “recall” the victim ever complaining to them about Joe putting his fingers into her vagina. Does seem like you would remember (or not) being told something like this and it makes you wonder why they didn’t say that it never happened as opposed to not recalling it. Kind of like Clinton not “recalling” the blow jobs that Monica had given him. The perfect lawyer strategy which of course both Clinton and Biden are!

Perhaps in the not so distant future we will all be persons of no color! Until then those differences will be politically exploited one way or the other. Thank God that the black community chose to follow Martin Luther King instead of the Black Panthers in the Sixties.

As the pandemic and accompanying economic depression increase the level of black anger in this country due to higher black deaths and lower black incomes the 6400 dollar question then becomes, will they chose to follow someone like Obama or someone like the Reverend Al?

The five stages are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with what we have lost with this pandemic. We went thru the denial period of hoping it wouldn’t happen here and are now becoming increasingly angry about the poor response to it! As the body count increases we will become very angry. Some will blame Trump, some China and some God.

The real bargaining will begin this Fall as the Virus rears it’s ugly head again accompanied by a massive global economic depression. Acceptance won’t begin until the pandemic runs it course, perhaps by the Spring of 2022 or if the global depression ends which ever happens first.

Currently the medical community is driving the cure for the pandemic which they do not have, other than social distancing. This in turn has shutdown huge swathes of the worlds economy pushing unemployment rates to record levels. In turn the world is expending huge amounts of cash to finance this distancing effort!

Once we run out of this cash the West will be even more broke than it was before the Virus unless the economy is back up and running like it had been. As that is not likely to happen, many companies will not be surviving or even paying back the rescue money they were given. In turn the world’s poor will get poorer with many surviving the pandemic but not surviving the resulting starvation and poverty. When that begins to happen in earnest likely this fall our medical experts should be forced to take a back seat to longer term global economic and survival challenges.

And  that is all I’m going to say about that.

 

So creepy Joe has run for President three times now and finally has a shot at grabbing the brass ring. No surprise here because when he was elected to the US Senate in November of 1972 he chose to serve the people as opposed to his two hospitalized sons who had just lost their mother and sister in December of that same year. Yes, a very harsh assessment but the stark reality for Joe was to either focus on his kids or focus on his career and he chose the later! Clearly was not the best choice for his youngest son, Hunter.

The reality is that Joe is nothing but ambitious and it was that ambition that drove him to make the very same mistake two other very ambitious democrats made. This huge strategic Iraqi War vote blunder would effectively cost both Kerry and Clinton the Presidency. Not only is Joe a pro but he is a way nicer guy than Trump. Unfortunately for America a President Biden will move us closer to last place!

Otherwise known as International Socialists. Their ultimate goal is to rule the world and to eliminate any and all forms of nationalism. While this is a lofty goal you have to wonder just how close they are to actually achieving this when they are nowhere close to imposing a climate change or pandemic fix on all of us. The Paris climate accord doesn’t even work in Paris!

But as the West continues it’s decline there will be increasing calls by it for an international solution to fix global problems that they no longer have the resources to fix by themselves. The ascendency of the East, who for the last millennia has been the West’s whipping boy will more likely impose a solution that maximizes their own expanding nationalistic political and economics goals.

Lost a High School classmate to a motorcycle accident. Twenty years later we had a young kid come with his mother into the factory I ran looking for work. He had been in a motorcycle accident and had scrambled his brains. Unfortunately he couldn’t physically do the light assembly work we needed. Fifteen years later we knew someone who knew someone that had purchased a bike. A month later the husband was killed and his wife broke just about every bone in her body. A new driver coming out of a side street pulled out in front of them because he had been blinded by the sun! (Just like what happened to George Clooney)

Driving home on the highway the other day my wife surprised by a speeding bike screamed as it went roaring past us at about 100 mph. The State I live in mandates wearing seatbelts but there are none on motorcycles. My car has to be crash tested for occupancy safety but as far as I know there aren’t required crash tests for bikes. The State used to require helmets but rescinded this law when bikers pushed back. NUTS!!!

Yup we are a racist country but the fact is that is how some Asian immigrants pronounce Fried Rice. My Asian slurp and burp store owner says Tank You to me every time I purchase something from him also. These are very hard working folks who will make America great again, at least for themselves anyway.

Growing up with two German born grandparents they spoke broken English and mispronounced words also. My father who came to this country at the age of two entered first grade not speaking a word of English. I imagine with the very German first name of Deiter that it was difficult for him during World War Two as well. But as they say if it doesn’t kill you it can only make you stronger!

As I emerged thru puberty I increasingly became the man of pink steel. My blood flow went permanently from my big head to my little head and as a result I became stupider and stupider. There are some who think that we are either not members of the animal kingdom or are at the very top of it. During my middle school years you could have fooled me either way.

I met my future wife during those years and paid no attention to her until the very beginning of our Senior year when in walked the most beautiful swan I had ever seen. She would be voted most beautiful in our class later that year. Over the last 40 odd years that we have been married my blood flow gradually went back to my big head. Only then did I finally realize just how lucky an ugly duckling I had been that she had chosen me as her mate for life!

There is an old joke about President Reagan sitting next to Bubba Smith at a dinner banquet and the President asked Smith if it was true that black men were well hung. Smith told Reagan that it was and when Ronnie asked him why, Bubba told him that every night before he went to bed he gave his penis a big rap against the bedpost. When Reagan got back to the White House late that night he could hear the First Lady snoring in bed. So he decided to give his penis a big hard rap against the bedpost, where upon Nancy woke up and asked “is that you Bubba?”

During the US election of 1972 demmy nominee George McGovern made the argument that as Vietnam was a Civil War we had no right to be involved there. I remember after Watergate seeing bumper stickers that said don’t blame be I’m from Massachusetts. I didn’t have one of those because even though I was from there, I had voted for Tricky Dicky. Yup I own that one!

Some 22 years later their was another Civil War that the demmy President Slick Willie did not get involved with which unfortunately turned into a genocide! Don’t recall ever seeing any bumper stickers that said blame me I’m from Massachusetts. I didn’t vote for Clinton so I don’t own that one! But hey unlike Nixon, he did admit his mistake in allowing the Genocide in Rawanda!

And not the one you wish for! The world was caught flat footed by Covid 19. There have been over 100,000 deaths in the former EU (includes UK). While in the USA there have been over 40,000 deaths. China deaths where this all started is reported to be less than 5000. Their respective populations are 500 million, 330 million and 1.5 billion. So it would appear that the Chinese dictator did a way better job of waging war against the Virus then the democracies did!

Should it reappear later this year without any kind of solutions or fixes for it the democracies may want to consider suspending their constitutions (marshal law) in an all out effort to save lives. The Chinese would be doing the same if in fact they had a constitution which of course they don’t! Let’s not let them do a better job the next time around.

If Trump doesn’t have the authority to open the States did he have the authority to close them? It appears that the Governors are deciding when to open them so did the Governors have the authority to close them? If so was Cuomo too slow in closing New York City? Or was that Mayor De Blasio’s call to shutdown the City? Has NYC or even the State of New York been shutdown?

Currently Cuomo and De Blasio are fighting over when the NYC schools will open with the Governor telling the Mayor that he is the decider. In fact it wasn’t until April 15th that the Governor mandated wearing face masks and yet mainstream media on the left is raving about his pandemic performance. Has the media forgotten that his State has the highest body count. But hey his performance giving interviews with his brother is wonderful!

An accepted practice by many countries over the millennia, the last country outlawed it in 1982. The fact is that whites enslaved whites, blacks enslaved blacks and the very first slave holders in America were Native American Indians. Perhaps the Indians should use some of their casino money to compensate their formerly enslaved red people? In order to have an objective discussion on American Slavery one needs to understand it in its larger context!

In the black community we have had an influential convicted black person advocating for the black community to take increasing responsibility and control over their lives while another influential convicted black person is advocating that the black community take a slave reparations check instead. At the end of the day White Americans need to do a much better job of finally integrating it’s black citizens which is long over due! But throwing money at folks who were never slaves is just another form of income redistribution.

Saw Doris Kearns Goodwin on C-SPAN discussing her book about FDR. She said that FDR had a adulterous relationship with Lucy Mercer for 2-3 years. In fact Mercer was with FDR when he died. Anyway during the war to end all wars FDR was the assistant Secretary of the Navy just like cousin Teddy had been. While visiting the UK, FDR received a number of love letters from Lucy.

So here is Franklin cheating on Eleanor with her own social secretary and what does FDR do? He saves Juicy Lucy’s letters and brings them back across the pond. Not only that but having packed them in his suitcase Franklin now lets Eleanor unpack them only to learn that her husband was boinking the help. But Doris maintains that Franklin’s intent was not to leave his wife because he loved her. If that’s the case than FDR has strange way of showing it.

The left in the USA point to the UK National Health System (NHS) as an amazing example of how Healthcare should work in America. The Royals are shown coming out of one but of course they use the  “private” NHS wing which is where the Rich and Royals get their healthcare. Everyone else comes out of the public NHS wing!

In the USA no congressional democrats signed up for Obamacare (not even Barack, Bernie, Biden, or Betsy) and once the democrats eventually take away all our private healthcare plans to fund their misleading Medicare for ALL plan the POLS won’t be on Medicare then either! The rich and influential in the USA will have the same private healthcare that the rich and influential have in the UK. Way better for them then the rest of us! As someone has said if you think healthcare is expensive today wait until it’s free!

The question is? Is someone more American than another American? I suppose it depends on what standard is being applied here? For example Julius Rosenberg was born in America like me, but I wouldn’t consider him to be a better American than myself. I know someone who was born in America but also holds a Canadian passport. They may not be less of an American than I am, but I do think that having only a US passport makes me more of an American then they are.

How can that be? Well if things shit to bed in this country unlike the Canadian/American I don’t have a plan B. If the Canadian American wants to get rid of their Canadian passport and join me completely in America’s bed than they become 100% American just like I am. But what about all of those Asian folks who come here to have their kids but then return to Asia with their American born? Are those kids as American as I am? Nope! And yes, Congress needs to fix this! Just don’t hold your breath that Pelosi and Schumer will do that anytime soon.

The media is famous for publishing bad news. As they say if it bleeds it leads. Applying the 80/20 rule, 80% of the mainstream media leans left while 20% leans right. Therefore the overwhelming percentage of blood that is being reported will be on the rights hands while only 20% of the blood will be on the left’s hands!

Now this does not necessarily mean that it is fake news but rather that the disproportionate media bias advantage of the left overwhelms reality. For example in the early 1800’s this media bias lead people to believe that Jefferson was Adam’s superior and while Jefferson was clearly the superior politician, Adams was by far the superior person.

So Jamie Dimon the CEO of JP Morgan Chase is predicting another recession on the scale of the last one in 2008. Dimon does not want to use the D word and especially the G.D word. But watch closely how Italy and Spain recover financially or not as they are the EU canary’s in the mine.

The housing bubble was created by Democrats Barney Frank and Chris Dodd when they pressured the banks to eliminate Red Lining, which fellow democrat Bloomberg blamed it on. The elimination of Glass Steagall didn’t help either! The Democrats then fixed the Great Recession by pushing the Fed to spend 4 trillion dollars on buying up mortgages. All of this will push the West into a G.D. Depression.

The CEO of Blackstone has compared the times we live in the USA as being similar to America in the 1850’s. The 1850’s were pro-slavery versus pro-abolition while today it is pro-capitalism versus pro-socialism. This issue is being driven by a combination of globalization and technological advances. As a result declining income distribution coupled with declining incomes in general is driving both left and right to their extreme positions.

CEO Schwarzman believes that the decline in education excellence in the USA has exacerbated this downward trend. While he is correct the increasing dominance of democrat lead teachers unions will continue to accelerate this downward trend. A global depression will rout any remaining capitalist support in the USA. The West lead by America will then take a back seat to the East lead by China. Ironically democrat Bloomberg would have done a better job of saving capitalism in America than republican Trump has!

An official in a government department, in particular one perceived as being concerned with procedural correctness at the expense of people’s needs. I remember the head bureaucrat of the US Federal Aviation being told by his political boss to shut down all incoming flights on 9/11. The bureaucrat’s CYA response was that he did not have the authority to do that! Where upon his superior told him that if there were any more plane crashes it would be on his head! Yup he closed the airports!

So the bureaucrats at the CDC wanted to develop their own test for the Coronavirus instead of using the one that had already been developed by the World Health Organization while only using their own labs. This not only slowed things down but exacerbated an emerging pandemic. The bigger the government gets the more bureaucrats will screw things up in order to protect THEIR own turf!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

New York all by itself has taken the worlds lead in Coronavirus deaths and sicknesses. One extreme is that this was all Trumps doing while the other extreme is that it was all Cuomo’s fault. It does beg the question why other states like California, Illinois, or Washington have not experienced the same degree of sickness or death.

You can be sure that the New York Times will place the entire blame on the other New Yorker instead. This is because the NY governor is being discussed as a future US President and the Times effectively only endorse Democrats, especially New York ones. The Chinese did lockdown Wuhan perhaps Cuomo should have done the same, but of course had he done that nobody would be talking about him for the Presidency.

Unfortunately the old men running the Roman Catholic Church are incapable of saving itself from themselves and even Christ wouldn’t recognize or accept what it has become over the Millennia. Not only is the Pope not rowing fast enough he is not even rowing in the right direction. Time for a Pope Francine. That said I must admit that I’m only a twice a year church attendee and even a lady Pope might be way too little way too late to save me!

The Spanish flu burned itself out in the spring of 2019 when humans developed herd immunity. That is to say that all of the vulnerable humans had died off and what remained were people who could withstand the flu. Once that happened the flu had nowhere to go and it disappeared. 99% of these fatalities were under the age of 65 with half being between 20 to 40 years old.

The majority of Coronavirus fatalities on the other hand are people aged 60 and over. This group in general is sucking more resources out of society than contributing to it. So culling this part of the herd is in the long run less financially painful then those who were culled by the Spanish Flu.

There were 3 different waves of illness during the Spanish pandemic, starting in March 1918 and subsiding by the summer of 1919. The pandemic peaked in the U.S. during the second wave, in the fall of 1918. This highly fatal second wave was responsible for most of the U.S. deaths attributed to the pandemic. A third wave of illness occurred during the winter and spring of 1919, adding to the pandemic death toll. The third wave of the pandemic subsided during the summer of 1919. An estimated 1/3 of the world’s population was infected with the 1918 flu virus – resulting in at least 50 million deaths worldwide.

The current Chinese pandemic will create a significant number of asymptomatic people who are not displaying symptoms but might infect people later this year once we have discontinued practicing social distancing. This could create a significant problem in the fall of 2020.

Two months before the novel coronavirus is thought to have begun spreading in Wuhan, China, the Trump administration ended a $200-million pandemic early-warning program aimed at training scientists in China and other countries to detect and respond to such a threat.

Headline in LA Times attacking Trump. How quick they forget that the Chinese doctor who identified the Chinese Virus was completely ignored by his own government. Also why when we are up to our eyeballs in debt are we spending this kind of money in China on job that they or the WHO should be doing. But hey at least the Chinese have now banned the eating of dogs and cats in one of their larger cities!

As a member in good standing of the sticks and stones generation I understand how social media has driven the country completely in the opposite direction. Today if you hurt anyone’s feelings for any reason what an awful person you are. Unfortunately this standard is dictated by any single individual feelings and as such has created a completely useless standard for establishing acceptable behavior for society.

This isn’t to say that sticks and stones behavior was perfect but frankly beats the hell out of what is being imposed on us by social media bloggers today. Perhaps the pendulum will swing back to something more collectively sane but when you consider the current popularity of the Kardashian’s I’m not going to hold my breath that it is going to anytime soon.

On his first day as President, Jimmy Carter pardoned 100,000 Vietnam war draft dodgers. Had these folks opted to go to jail instead of Canada, perhaps the war would have ended sooner. Will never know but for this reason they should not have been pardoned but had there sentences commuted instead.

Because of Vietnam President Nixon opted to disconnect the military from civilians and created a professional army instead. This made it all too easy for the idiot W to be able send them to Iraq. I remember non-vet Cheney saying that unlike him they had volunteered to serve. Had the draft existed it would have been way more difficult for Speaker Pelosi, Senator’s Clinton, Kerry and Biden to vote for the Iraqi war declaration.

IN THE USA WE HAVE THE SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM WHICH ESTABLISHES PAYOUT BASED ON WHAT YOU PAY INTO IT. THE S.S. TRUST FUND IS SCHEDULED TO RUN OUT OF MONEY BY 2034. AT THAT TIME BENEFITS WILL BE REDUCED BY 25% TO ALL RETIREE’S. THE SYSTEM WILL THEN BE LIVING PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK BUT PAYOUT IS BASED ON THE SAME NUMBERS OF PEOPLE WORKING AND EARNING THE SAME KIND OF DOUGH!

BUT ALONG COMES A GLOBAL DEPRESSION WITH FEWER PEOPLE WORKING AND THOSE THAT ARE, ARE MAKING WAY LESS MOOLAH! THIS IN TURN MEANS THAT SOCIAL SECURITY IS TAKING IN FAR FEWER BUCKS AND PAYING OUT FAR FEWER BUCKS AS WELL! THE FOLKS WHO RELY ON THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY COMPLETELY (AND WHO TEND TO VOTE DEMOCRAT) WILL BE SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER. ONE SHOULD THEN EXPECT THAT PAYOUT WILL NO LONGER BE BASED ON WHAT YOU PAID IN BUT RATHER BASED ON EVERYONE GETTING EQUAL PAYMENTS REGARDLESS!

INSTEAD WE BOUGHT OUR WAY OUT OF A MILD DEPRESSION IN 2008 (AND INTO A GREAT RECESSION INSTEAD) BY BORROWING UP TO OUR EYE BALLS IN DEBT. THE COMBINATION OF THIS DEBT LOAD COUPLED WITH THE SOON TO BE HERE BOOMER RETIREMENT DEBT WILL DRIVE US INTO A REALLY, REALLY GREAT DEPRESSION INSTEAD OF WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN TWO MILD ONES. THE 2 TRILLION WE JUST BORROWED FOR THE PANDEMIC ONLY MAKES THIS WORSE AND LIKELY WILL MAKE THE GLOBAL DEPRESSION HAPPEN SOONER AS OPPOSED TO LATER!

Years ago I worked with a older guy who was originally from Armenia. He hated Stalin so much that when world war 2 started he joined Hitler’s army and fought against the Russian army. At some point he married a German woman even though he had a wife and son back in Armenia.

As part of the peace treaty the allies agreed to return any Soviet citizen that had fought against their “country”. Eisenhauer said that this was the most repugnant thing he had to do during the war because he understood that many would ultimately die for their sins. Because the guy I knew had married a German he was not forcibly returned and eventually emigrated to the USA. After Stalin’s death he was allowed to return and visit his son who he hadn’t seen since the war began. His son had become a devote Communist and he never returned!

And that is all I’m going to say about that.

 

LBJ once compared serving in the US house of reps as chicken shit and serving in the US senate as chicken salad. Quite sure he left the White House thinking that serving as US president was a shit salad!

My recipe for making chicken salad is to slow cook 2 skinless and boneless chicken breast in chicken broth. Reserve a 1/4 cup of the broth to mix in with the shredded chicken, chopped celery, salt, pepper and mayo. Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce!

So every hundred years or so we are doomed to relearn the lessons of history. In this case the pandemic lesson. In our arrogance we think that modern medicine will save us but let’s understand that the miracle of antibiotics has in turn created superbugs. Perhaps in the end we will have completely outsmarted ourselves! Will see!

We are also coming up to the 100th anniversary of the 1929 Stock market crash. Given the West’s increasing debt load it looks to me that we are going to have to relearn the lesson of a global depression as well. In turn this will coincide with a transition of world dominance from west to east.

And that is all I’m going to say about!

Back in the day Germany made the best cars, Japan made the good cars and America made the better cars. Unfortunately for the Big Three and the UAW if you were making the better product you needed to be doing something else. So now they are the Little Three and no longer making cars but only trucks where they have a significant tariff advantage. Plus the UAW no longer has a monopoly in the USA as they have repeatedly attempted and failed to unionize foreign car producers with plants in the USA!

As the democratic socialists continue to take power in the USA they will continue their push to make America a better country. Unfortunately when that happens we will no longer be the best or even a good one!

And that is all I’m going to say about that!

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I VISITED ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY BECAUSE IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT DEATH WAS NOT TREATED EQUALLY FOR EVERYONE BURIED THERE! CLEARLY THE HIGHER THE RANK THE FANCIER THE DIGS (NO PUN). THE VERY BEST DIGS ARE THOSE OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY WHOSE ETERNAL FLAME WILL BE FOREVER BELCHING OUT CARBON INTO THE ATMOSPHERE!

I’M REMINDED OF ANOTHER PRESIDENT WITH EVEN FANCIER DIGS WHO INSPIRED THE OLD JOKE OF WHO IS BURIED IN GRANTS TOMB? THE ANSWER IS NO ONE IS ACTUALLY BURIED IN GRANTS TOMB BUT RATHER THE GENERAL AND HIS WIFE ARE ACTUALLY ENTOMBED THERE!

AND THAT IS ALL I’M GOING TO SAY ABOUT THAT!

 

Never understood why people spend thousands of dollars on funerals. My oldest brother spent big bucks planting himself above ground and in doors! In the end most of these ex-folks are going to end up like Richard the Third, underneath a paved over parking lot.

Recently the local Catholic Church raided their cemetery funds that they hold for in perpetuity care of the graves in their cemeteries. They did this so that they could payoff lawsuits caused by molesting Priests. Frankly unbelievable that they would compound their PR problems by appearing to look like a bunch of grave robbers! But perhaps it is ironic that they might have to eventually sell the church land for parking lots which of course is exactly where they found Richard III.

And that is all I’m going to say about that!
