Haven’t seen one of these in the store for a long time and have been buying Klondike Bars instead. I remember a few years ago entering a Bailey’s create your own cocktail contest and came up with an Irish Eskimo, 2 ounces of Bailey’s Cream and one Eskimo Pie frappe. Delish but I didn’t win of course!
Now the Eskimo Pie folks are changing the name because it is considered derogatory to native Inuit folks. I suppose too that the Irish would take offense of the name of my cocktail also given their curse for drinking booze! So I guess I’ll just have to rename it to a Cream Pie cocktail instead.
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
