Actually turns out it is more like the year of the Bat! Bat Virus that is. Apparently good eating to the Chinese but what do they serve with it, Red or White? Assume bat tastes like chicken! I remember coming out of my favorite oriental food restaurant and watching a huge rat escaping out of the place at the same time!
Rat, Cat or Bat it seems these folks will eat just about anything. I do love the sweet and sour chicken with pork fried rice but now I’m thinking was it really chicken or pork for that matter? Yes, it is true that a half hour later you are ready for another helping of whatever it is.
And that is all I’m going to say about that.
