Some 50 years ago the US Supreme Court voted 7-2 in favor of Roe versus Wade allowing abortions in the USA. Based on what is going on today you would assume that the 7 Supreme’s voting in favor would have all been appointed by democrat Presidents! In fact, only 2 of the 7 were appointed by democrats (FDR and JFK), while the other 5 were appointed by republicans (Ike-2, Nixon-3).

Of the 2 who voted against Roe, one was appointed by JFK, while the other was appointed by Nixon. Today’s Supreme reversed the Roe versus Wade vote of their predecessors but with all 6 republican appointed judges voting to repeal while all 3 democrat appointed judges voting to retain Roe. Frankly an amazing shift from bi-partisan to partisan politics in America!

The folks running Heathrow Airport in London have told the airlines that they are capping the number of passengers there to 100,000 per day because their government workers can’t keep up with anymore than this! Every year cops kill over 1000 people. The majority of these are white folks but a disproportionate percentage are black. In Akron Ohio recently 8 cops are alleged to have fired 90 bullets hitting a black man some 60 times. They handcuffed him while he was lying on the ground! In 2020 Cops killed by guns were up 36% for a total of 48 or 1 every week. Not sure how many times the BLM folks need to be reminded that resisting arrest can lead to a one way ticket to the morgue, but here we go again. I do agree with the Akron mayor that the fox should not be guarding the chicken coop and all of these incidents need to be investigated by someone other than local cops!

50 years ago Roe versus Wade was decided by the US Supreme Court in a 7-2 vote. One democrat and one republican appointed justice voted against Roe, while 2 democrat justices and 5 republican justices voted for it. There are any number of economic, social and political changes over the last 50 years that are driving the increasing partisan divide in the USA. As mail people can retire at 50 their retirement plan will now be under funded and as Medicare is in debt up to their eyeballs once again our political idiots solved absolutely nothing short of bankrupting Medicare sooner as opposed to later!

In the 1850’s America experienced 4 of the worst US Presidents it ever had starting with #10 Taylor (1849-1850), #7 Fillmore (1850-1853), #4 Pierce (1853-1857), and #1 Buchanan (1857-1861). All were one term Presidents and their collective worst performances would culminate in the US Civil War!

So far this decade we have elected our worst #2 President Trump (2017-2021) who is very likely going to be followed by another one term worst President Biden (2021-2025) If History is repeating itself we will see 2 more one term worst Presidents in this decade followed by another US Civil War!

In 2022 we have an unemployment rate of 3.6% but a labor participation rate of 62.2%, So how can the USA population increase by 8 million people, the unemployment rate decrease to 3.6%, the labor participation rate decrease 62.2% and employers can’t find enough workers? Disraeli would say that our government leaders are using statistics to lie to the American people again!

White Americans need to confront the psychological and sociological damage that has been inflicted on Black Americans as a result of slavery and Jim Crow! We helped to destroy the Black family structure which has resulted in the lowest percentage of 2 parent households of any race in America!

This has resulted in Blacks scoring the lowest of any race on the S.A.T.’s and in turn results in Blacks earning the lowest incomes of any race as well! Asian Americans on the other hand have the highest percentage of 2 parent households, score the highest on S.A.T.’s, while earning the highest incomes of any race! How ironic then if this same 18 year old used this weapon to abort a whole class room full of 10 year old babies!

The lady essentially wins the same case in the UK in front of a Judge but loses big time in America in front of a Jury! Having sat on a Jury in a Civil trial I’m not surprised about getting 2 different verdicts. We need to change our Civil legal system to allow the Judge to make all of the verdicts or at the least create a professional jury system!

Pulling 6 morons off the street, putting them on a jury and telling them they can decide whatever they want with no training is just plain crazy unless you are a plaintiff lawyer! The reason why the democrats can get away with this is because Washington has not yet presented a tax bill to the citizens of America! Recently on C-SPAN an 83 year old white guy made a comment about colored people! He was cut off the air! Black, white, red, and yellow, we are all people of color but why was this guy wrong when you have the National Association of Colored People (NAACP)?

I’m guessing that this is just another instance of where only black people can rightly still use the “N” word or C P words? Ideally we should just call ourselves people with no color! But until then can someone supply a list of acceptable names that would be okay to call a white person, a black person, a yellow person and a red person.

I suppose if NRA members could guarantee that only their kids and grand kids would be gunned down then that might be one thing. But unfortunately at the very same time inner city democrat politicians are doing little to nothing to stop their own increasing murder rates! So who can blame decent honest folks for buying a record number of guns! One just feeds into the other and nothing will change except of course the body count!

My nephew was born with Downs Syndrome but at a time when he lived at home as opposed to being locked up in a god awful state institution! His parents wanted the best for him so they pushed the local school board to have him mainstreamed thru the 12th grade. The board rejected this request because they understood that the other 29 kids in his class would lose out on their own education. You see my nephew had only a 3rd grade IQ.

But lets say for the sake of the argument that my nephew thought he was transgender as well. Once again wanting the best for their son they very likely would have requested that the school board mainstream his participation in girls sports and to use the girls bathroom as well. But why is this any different than not mainstreaming in the classroom? In today’s woke society that would have happened way before he/she was mainstreamed in the classroom!

It appears that when it comes to the safety of our school kids, failure is still an option! Just like Sandy Hook where the first victim was the perp’s mother, in Texas the perp shot his Grandmother! Both perp’s clearly had mental health issues and perhaps a shared experience with being bullied in their elementary school as kids. Will see!

In Buffalo as in Texas you had two newly minted 18 year old kids legally buying guns and committing mass murders. But today Biden is calling Putin a war criminal and threatening a military response to China if they attack Taiwan! Having failed completely the left now has to look tough to not appear completely weak and incompetent!

The left in America wanted to apologize for using nukes and were pushing a change to nuclear strategy by promising to never use nukes in a first strike! But with Putin threatening to use his nukes the EU is pushing back on Biden’s change in America’s nuclear strategy. Just another reason why Biden appears to be acting so touch which in the end might bite us all in the ass!

In spite of breaking the Japanese code Japan made a successful surprise attack against Pearl Harbor starting World War 2 for America! A couple of nukes later and the USA would win the war in the Pacific. The Chinese would then attack our forces in Korea and push us back to the 38th parallel ending this war in a tie. Not to be outdone LBJ would get us into a no win war in Vietnam and now Biden is promising a 4th war in Asia over Taiwan!

What do all of these events have in common? Every US President involved was a Democrat! But this time around Biden will not be facing the Chinese Army that Truman faced in Korea. One can only hope that Biden learned well about the mistakes that LBJ made in Vietnam. The biggest difference about the next Asian war is that the civilian war dead will not just be in Asia this time around!

During Bush #2’s administration she recommended against allowing Ukraine into NATO because it would piss off Putin! So we didn’t but Putin would invade Ukraine twice anyway. This begs the question of whether or not VP Cheney was correct and Hill incorrect about allowing Ukraine into NATO. As it was, Germany and Italy were against Ukraine’s admission into the Organization.

Germany’s Merkel was pushing the peace thru trade line of BS which was making her country even more dependent on Russian Natural Gas. Obama did very little to push back on the Russian take over of the Crimea and Biden green lighted Nord Stream 2 last November. The nicer class of folks like Hill, Obama, Merkel, and Biden created today’s mess in Ukraine! Now we are all stuck trying to fix it!

The 2020 census miscounted the populations of 14 States; 8 States were over counted while 6 States were under counted. Nobody’s perfect not even the US Census Bureau but what is very interesting is that 8 were Red States while 6 were Blue States. Even more interesting is that 7 of the over counted States were Blue while only 1 Blue State was under counted! Only 1 Red State was over counted while 5 Red States were under counted!

Looking at this statistically with 50% of all States being either Red or Blue this is suggestive of a bias in favor of the Democrats! For example The NY TImes reported that New York lost a congressional seat by only 58 people but apparently New York’s count was over counted by 3.4% so they lost it by way more people. Between vote early, vote often, voter suppression and now the Census count this allows democrats to continue to steal elections!

The organization loses all credibility if it fights dictatorships who have invaded democracies and then looks the other way at Dictator Erdogan! Especially if he vetoes legitimate democracies from joining NATO.

A year ago you have a 17 year old High School senior who is writing that he wants to commit murder and suicide! A year later at 18 he is buying guns and murders 10 people! Clearly you have a mentally ill person who is now also old enough to purchase a gun! We should never have reduced the age of majority to 18 or made it more difficult for society to commit the mentally ill.

However Russia has now repeatedly threatened the use of Nukes over the Ukraine war which prompted Henry’s comments above. China has also been rapidly expanding their nuclear stockpile over the last few years in anticipation of their war with Taiwan! The 6400 dollar question is will the Chinese military turn out to be as incompetent as Russia’s?

My wife and daughters play this everyday but apparently the NY Times attempted unsuccessfully to abort the word Fetus from yesterday’s game given the news that the Supreme’s may abort the Roe versus Wade law! Very likely that the pro-life male judges waited for the appointment of a pro-life female judge in order to do this!

One extreme is that it is a baby at conception, while the other extreme is that it is a fetus until it is expelled! Ironically as a result of this news leak a number of pro-death protests took place at pro-life churches on Mothers day no less! Realistically there are way too many people on the planet so finding a reasonable compromise would be helpful!

In the USA this will take the form of a Financial Reign of Terror which will result in a future global depression that the American Jacobins have been bringing on as a result of incurring huge debt levels! People with color are coming up while people of no color have no idea just how far they are in decline!

California has the highest gas prices which are pushing 6 bucks a gallon and Governor Newsom wants to give everyone 400 dollars so they can buy even more of it. California was leading the way with climate change regulation but like French President Macron when they get any push back from the voters on gas prices they both throw money at them so they can emit even more carbon!

The issue facing the Supreme Court is whether their predecessors on the Court overstep their authority in allowing abortions that clearly was a right that belong to the States to allow or not allow! In New York the current abortion law goes well beyond what is allowed by Roe, while in Texas the law allows less than Roe does!

Now while you can get an abortion in all 50 States the root cause of the international socialist discontent is allowing the States to make different decisions as this undercuts the socialists ability to impose the very same decision on everyone! So in order to prevent people in California from wanting to move to Texas you have to be able to impose the same high taxes, out of control homelessness and crime in both places to in order to prevent this!

Twitter’s ban of Trump while banning computer stories of Biden’s son was just another blatant example of how partisan the extreme left has become in America! Musk was born in South Africa so he can’t run for US President! But will the Democrats succeed in running him out of the USA? Stay tuned should be very interesting!

At first blush this would make perfect sense because most black, LGBTQ and Jewish folks are democrats!

More importantly who decides what is racist, homophobic, and antisemitic is very important to this discussion. So if I think that Israel is an apartheid country, that a transgender woman swimmer shouldn’t be allowed to compete against people who were identified at birth as female, or that no BLM protests were entirely peaceful does that make me a racist, a homophobic, or an anti-Semite? All I can say is thank God I’m a registered Independent!

He rightly said that the divisions in America existed before the internet, but that it needed to be regulated because of white supremacy, racism, and nationalism. Now that Elon Musk has purchased Twitter the Left now has another reason to silence the Right!

It would also be helpful if we could find a way to reduce the number of of murders that are committed in this country by black people as well.

I remember sitting on a jury in a civil trial when the judge charged the jury that we couldn’t consider how much money the plaintiff lawyer would take from any settlement we imposed! Within 30 seconds of sitting down in the jury room one of the jurors announce that we needed to give the victim 1 million dollars because his lawyer was going to take 30% of it. The jury foreman should have reported her to the judge! He didn’t!

In the case of Ghislaine Maxwell, one of the jurors did not fill out the juror questionnaire correctly and then went on to discuss his own sexual assault with the rest of the jury. The citizens of New York are coughing up 600 million bucks to help build a football stadium for a team that most of them could careless about! The owner of the Bills is worth 6 billion dollars and he is paying his QB a cool quarter of a billion bucks. All of which makes perfect sense for Joe Six Pack to help them with their hard earned tax dollars to build a new football home for the billionaire owner and millionaire players. A bunch of white republican senators are asking if the first black woman nominee to the Supreme Court will adhere to the original intent of the constitution. The original intent did not recognize either black people or women so in-spite of saying that she would, it is not very likely that will be the case to any real extent!

I think that it is great that we are adding another woman to the US Supreme Court, who is in fact and reality the successor to Thurgood Marshall on the SJC! This isn’t a knock on Justice Thomas who brings his own black perspective to the bench but which is likely very different than either Marshall’s or Brown Jackson’s was or is!

According to a famous pathologist someone stabbed Ron Goldman 33 times and almost decapitated Nicole Brown Simpson! No Federal hate crime charges filed there either! Two wrongs don’t make it right!

I was watching the news out of Ukraine and they had dug a long ditch and throwing bodies into it. Only the dead have seen the last of war and it seems that the grand kids of the greatest generation have forgotten this lesson. Kissinger is correct we need to find a compromise between Russia and the West about Ukraine that neither side is happy with!

I worked for a guy who had been a Captain in General Patton’s G-2. Because they worked in German occupied territory they frequently captured Nazi’s and his guys would end up doing exactly what DeNiro did in The Irishman! Very easy getting into a war something else to getting out of one!

This risky strategy includes shutting down gas and oil fields in democratic countries and in the process making the West even more dependent on energy from our enemies!

Ironic that Putin would be referring to his invasion of Ukraine as a De-Nazification pogrom! Especially when you consider that the Ukrainian President Zelensky is Jewish. On the flip side the left handed politicians and media allies are referring Putin as a fan of Czarist Russia when in fact he is a worshiper of the leftist murderer Stalin! Today’s left continues to ignore their on extremism!

Now how many Ukrainian Jews have to be killed before Israel okays the sale of an Iron Dome to Ukraine? Ironic if this decision not to sell them one leads to the demise of Zelensky, but if not one assumes that he would still have the right of return! The Israelis have good relations with both China and Russia and if push comes to shove will the America have the guts to tell them to pick a side!

The climate change folks are going to blame the current energy crisis on the fact that we didn’t build enough renewable energy capacity! When the truth is that they are the ones who should be blamed for killing America’s energy independence and by extension for the deaths of thousands of Ukrainians!

Having urged Putin to pump more gas in November of 2021 Biden is now negotiating with the dictators of Iran, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela to pump more of it! Absolutely insane! These folks are becoming increasingly aligned with both Russia and China and as long as the West is going to use gas their source should be from another democracy!

Capitalism isn’t perfect and this is one of those times! Biden still hasn’t pulled the plug on buying Russian Oil and Gas so I guess it is okay for Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan to buy distressed Russian bonds! But it stinks either way morally and ethically! Why Joe, Jamie and David want to offer any potential indirect financial support to Putin even when it is still legal is beyond me!

But hey if Biden, Dimon, and Solomon have any really good reasons for doing this let them man up and explain why they are doing this to the Ukrainian people! Otherwise please stop helping to indirectly fund Putin’s war over there! These folks are clearly tone deaf or just plain greedy!

The other day Speaker Pelosi blamed Americans for buying Russian gas and oil but I’m pretty sure that between Nancy, Chuck and Joe they could have done something about our buying almost 14 billion dollars of stuff from Putin! But that of course needed to begin to happen during Obama’s administration who promised to go easier on Putin after the 2012 election! Senator Bernie Sanders said that Biden was a nice guy and we all know where they finish!

Approximately 8500 coal fired power plants in the world producing 1/3 of its electricity needs! China continues to build them with 43 new coal plants under construction. It is also the number 1 emitter of CO 2 accounting for over 30% of worlds total emissions. America comes in second with less than 15% emissions of CO 2.

Loretta Lynn’s father would die from black lung disease at the age of 52. People much younger than that are being killed from the indirect effects of burning coal and it does seem to me that the West could carbon tax these plants out existence. Unfortunately because of inflation our leaders do not have the balls or ovaries to do that to the Chinese coal plants or even to ban Russian natural gas!

If the West is unwilling to shutdown a Russian pipeline then in the end China’s war for Taiwan may go far easier for the Chinese!

Maybe he is or maybe you have several former western government types who were in fact just plain failures at their jobs! Turns out Putin hasn’t changed at all and is doing the same stuff. The NY Times has a black history month article about Trayvon Martin featuring our first half black President Obama and convicted liar and tax cheat the Reverend Al. You may recall that Martin was killed by another black person George Zimmerman. You may recall that Toni Morrison thought that Bill Clinton was the first black President which again raises the question of what qualifications you have to have to be considered a black person? Remember the white lady with a great tan who self identified as a black person! Or perhaps if George Zimmerman had been born in the South before the Civil War could he have been a slave?

In 1995 America imported less than 500,000 barrels of oil from Russia and last year imported approximately 20,000,000 barrels. This might have been less had we approved the Keystone pipeline but the climate change idiots lead by Kerry and Biden did not approve the pipeline that would have brought more Canadian gas here as oppose to Russian gas!

In the middle of COP 26 idiot Biden is asking the Russians to pump even more gas for us, which I suppose could have been used by Putin to fund the slaughter of even more Ukrainians. Biden’s moral support for this democracy was to shutdown our embassy and offer Zelenskyy a ride! PATHETIC! Time to move away from absurd climate change political strategies driven by teenagers that effectively force democracies to buy carbon from a mini me Stalin’s!

The term egalitarianism has two distinct definitions in modern English either as a political doctrine that all people should be treated as equals and have the same political, economic, social and civil rights, or as a social philosophy advocating the removal of economic inequalities among people, economic egalitarianism, or the decentralization of power. The former is Socialism the later is Marxism!

In the 1950’s we drove the Marxists underground in America. Some of their kids are working hard writing books and making movies in an effort to vindicate their black listed parents who looked the other way on Stalin’s excesses! At the end of the day China is looking very closely at the West’s response to Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine! Clearly this response did not prevent Russia’s invasion and very likely due to Russia and China’s effective isolation of any real German action. The fact is that Germany’s decision not to pump gas thru Nord Stream #2 was completely meaningless as not one ounce of gas has come thru this pipeline. Pushing back on terminating Russia’s use of the Swift payment wasn’t helpful either!

While the Russian’s are bribing the Germans with Oil the Chinese have been bribing them with Trade. And as the Germans are the most powerful nation in the EU they will very likely act the same way when China invades Taiwan as they have with the Russians when they invaded the Ukraine.

Having built Nord Stream #1 Putin could afford to move against the Crimea without jeopardizing his gas business to Germany and the rest of Europe! Therefore allowing him to build Nord Stream #2 was just an open invitation to invade the Ukraine again. Germany’s drive to get out of nuclear and coal power plants in the end made democracy less safe for the free world!

No real surprise that Putin moved against the Ukraine in the Crimea during the Obama Presidency and then again during the Biden Presidency in Ukraine’s Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The nicer class has taken over in the West be it Merkel, Obama or Biden and they were all very easily played by Putin!
