Some 50 years ago the US Supreme Court voted 7-2 in favor of Roe versus Wade allowing abortions in the USA. Plus is this lopping off of some or all of these pieces have to happen before reaching puberty and does any parent really have the authority to actually okay this? Every year cops kill over 1000 people. The majority of these are white folks but a disproportionate percentage are black. In Akron Ohio recently 8 cops are alleged to have fired 90 bullets hitting a black man some 60 times. They handcuffed him while he was lying on the ground! In 2020 Cops killed by guns were up 36% for a total of 48 or 1 every week. Not sure how many times the BLM folks need to be reminded that resisting arrest can lead to a one way ticket to the morgue, but here we go again. I do agree with the Akron mayor that the fox should not be guarding the chicken coop and all of these incidents need to be investigated by someone other than local cops!

50 years ago Roe versus Wade was decided by the US Supreme Court in a 7-2 vote. One democrat and one republican appointed justice voted against Roe, while 2 democrat justices and 5 republican justices voted for it. There are any number of economic, social and political changes over the last 50 years that are driving the increasing partisan divide in the USA. On top of all of this the white population has gone from 87.7% of the US population in 1970 and to 61.6% in 2020. Given the current rate of illegal immigration whites will be less than 50% come 2030, increasing the partisan political divide in the USA.

So far this decade we have elected our worst #2 President Trump (2017-2021) who is very likely going to be followed by another one term worst President Biden (2021-2025) If History is repeating itself we will see 2 more one term worst Presidents in this decade followed by another US Civil War!

Disraeli would say that our government leaders are using statistics to lie to the American people again!

Having sat on a Jury in a Civil trial I’m not surprised about getting 2 different verdicts. We need to change our Civil legal system to allow the Judge to make all of the verdicts or at the least create a professional jury system!

Pulling 6 morons off the street, putting them on a jury and telling them they can decide whatever they want with no training is just plain crazy unless you are a plaintiff lawyer! Recently on C-SPAN an 83 year old white guy made a comment about colored people! He was cut off the air! Black, white, red, and yellow, we are all people of color but why was this guy wrong when you have the National Association of Colored People (NAACP)?

I’m guessing that this is just another instance of where only black people can rightly still use the “N” word or C P words? Ideally we should just call ourselves people with no color! But until then can someone supply a list of acceptable names that would be okay to call a white person, a black person, a yellow person and a red person.

My nephew was born with Downs Syndrome but at a time when he lived at home as opposed to being locked up in a god awful state institution! His parents wanted the best for him so they pushed the local school board to have him mainstreamed thru the 12th grade. The board rejected this request because they understood that the other 29 kids in his class would lose out on their own education. You see my nephew had only a 3rd grade IQ.

But lets say for the sake of the argument that my nephew thought he was transgender as well. Once again wanting the best for their son they very likely would have requested that the school board mainstream his participation in girls sports and to use the girls bathroom as well. But why is this any different than not mainstreaming in the classroom? In today’s woke society that would have happened way before he/she was mainstreamed in the classroom!

The left lead by Biden in America and Merkel in the EU were convinced that free trade would bring both peace and democracy to both China and Russia. But today Biden is calling Putin a war criminal and threatening a military response to China if they attack Taiwan! Having failed completely the left now has to look tough to not appear completely weak and incompetent!

The left in America wanted to apologize for using nukes and were pushing a change to nuclear strategy by promising to never use nukes in a first strike! But with Putin threatening to use his nukes the EU is pushing back on Biden’s change in America’s nuclear strategy. Just another reason why Biden appears to be acting so touch which in the end might bite us all in the ass!

In spite of breaking the Japanese code Japan made a successful surprise attack against Pearl Harbor starting World War 2 for America! A couple of nukes later and the USA would win the war in the Pacific. The Chinese would then attack our forces in Korea and push us back to the 38th parallel ending this war in a tie. Not to be outdone LBJ would get us into a no win war in Vietnam and now Biden is promising a 4th war in Asia over Taiwan!

What do all of these events have in common? Every US President involved was a Democrat! But this time around Biden will not be facing the Chinese Army that Truman faced in Korea. One can only hope that Biden learned well about the mistakes that LBJ made in Vietnam. The biggest difference about the next Asian war is that the civilian war dead will not just be in Asia this time around!

During Bush #2’s administration she recommended against allowing Ukraine into NATO because it would piss off Putin! So we didn’t but Putin would invade Ukraine twice anyway. This begs the question of whether or not VP Cheney was correct and Hill incorrect about allowing Ukraine into NATO. As it was, Germany and Italy were against Ukraine’s admission into the Organization.

Germany’s Merkel was pushing the peace thru trade line of BS which was making her country even more dependent on Russian Natural Gas. Obama did very little to push back on the Russian take over of the Crimea and Biden green lighted Nord Stream 2 last November. The nicer class of folks like Hill, Obama, Merkel, and Biden created today’s mess in Ukraine! Now we are all stuck trying to fix it!

The 2020 census miscounted the populations of 14 States; 8 States were over counted while 6 States were under counted. Nobody’s perfect not even the US Census Bureau but what is very interesting is that 8 were Red States while 6 were Blue States. Even more interesting is that 7 of the over counted States were Blue while only 1 Blue State was under counted! Only 1 Red State was over counted while 5 Red States were under counted!

Looking at this statistically with 50% of all States being either Red or Blue this is suggestive of a bias in favor of the Democrats! For example The NY TImes reported that New York lost a congressional seat by only 58 people but apparently New York’s count was over counted by 3.4% so they lost it by way more people. Between vote early, vote often, voter suppression and now the Census count this allows democrats to continue to steal elections!

However Russia has now repeatedly threatened the use of Nukes over the Ukraine war which prompted Henry’s comments above. China has also been rapidly expanding their nuclear stockpile over the last few years in anticipation of their war with Taiwan! The 6400 dollar question is will the Chinese military turn out to be as incompetent as Russia’s?

In New York the current abortion law goes well beyond what is allowed by Roe, while in Texas the law allows less than Roe does!

Now while you can get an abortion in all 50 States the root cause of the international socialist discontent is allowing the States to make different decisions as this undercuts the socialists ability to impose the very same decision on everyone! So in order to prevent people in California from wanting to move to Texas you have to be able to impose the same high taxes, out of control homelessness and crime in both places to in order to prevent this!

More importantly who decides what is racist, homophobic, and antisemitic is very important to this discussion. So if I think that Israel is an apartheid country, that a transgender woman swimmer shouldn’t be allowed to compete against people who were identified at birth as female, or that no BLM protests were entirely peaceful does that make me a racist, a homophobic, or an anti-Semite? All I can say is thank God I’m a registered Independent!

Another democrat President wants to offer a $4500 tax credit on EV cars that are made in the USA by the UAW! We have a US company that only makes EV cars in America but will not qualify for this tax credit because it is not a UAW company. This of course works great for the pro-democrat UAW but not so much for tax payers or Japanese and German car manufacturers who are not UAW but know how to make a better car than Detroit can!

This amendment should be called the Equal Pay Amendment (EPA) as the plaintiff lawyers are going to file class actions and sue everybody they can!

In order for gender neutrality to work in sports the sword needs to cut both ways! In other words transgender men need to be competitive with men as much as women need to be competitive with transgender women. Unfortunately that is not and never will be the case.

The other issue here is what the definition of a transgender person is. Is a transgender woman a person who has had their penis “removed” or merely a man who identifies with being a woman? Seems to me that is a big difference if someone has had their dick bobbed or is just another shemale!

Now lets say that the 2 top vote getters each get 13% of the vote why is that a better outcome? PBS and the left will tell you its a “fairer” process but does it produce better outcomes? If so then where is France doing better than the USA?

So one of the biggest problems I have with so called public education is that we have been teaching the official white man’s history which made our white guy Presidents look like they were passing Chanel #2. Along come two democrat Presidents (FDR&JFK) and the next thing you know the Teachers Union has a powerful educational monopoly.Our kids are now being politically indoctrinated by pro-democrat union folks instead of by our family’s and local school committees! Unfortunately, this is going to happen in a country where almost everyone owns a gun. For these reasons the cops are going to request this kind of warrant.

But it is time for Americans to push back on issuing so many of these but not eliminate them entirely as they have there place. For example Locke was staying with a cousin who was wanted on a murder charge! It would also be helpful if we could find a way to reduce the number of of murders that are committed in this country by black people as well.

After World War One the British Empire was faced with the choice of picking a leader who would either kill 6 Nazi’s or 60 million innocents. They chose the leader whose peace in our time decision would ultimately lead to the deaths of 60 million! Had the Brits chosen the other guy they may well have retained more of their Empire than they did.

As a result, after World War Two America like it or not would emerge as the next empire. Once again just like the UK the nicer class of folks are taking charge in America with the hope that western democracies will be able to fend off the emerging Celestial Empire. When China does finally invade Taiwan will our democratic allies act like Chamberlain or Churchill.

If killing 40 innocents is the benchmark for genocide then there are a number of US Presidents who are war criminals as well! In response to this Zelensky has invited the former German and French leaders Merkel and Sarkozy respectively to see what they had caused by not allowing Ukraine to become a NATO country.

Recently my brother in law had a pacemaker implanted by a doctor who spoke with a foreign accent and when my sister asked him where he was from he replied Russia. My sister then berated Russia for invading Ukraine when this doctor shouted that Ukraine was Russian. As for myself I don’t care what they are but it is not worth starting WW 3 over them! The West needs to stop buying Russian Gas and in the end this was the nicer class of folks there who are to blame for all of this!

I remember sitting on a jury in a civil trial when the judge charged the jury that we couldn’t consider how much money the plaintiff lawyer would take from any settlement we imposed! Within 30 seconds of sitting down in the jury room one of the jurors announce that we needed to give the victim 1 million dollars because his lawyer was going to take 30% of it. The jury foreman should have reported her to the judge! He didn’t!

In the case of Ghislaine Maxwell, one of the jurors did not fill out the juror questionnaire correctly and then went on to discuss his own sexual assault with the rest of the jury. Either because it was an innocent mistake or maybe something else! The democrat appointed judge would make the same politically correct mistake that the judge in the Cosby case would make. One assumes that the correct legal decision will ultimately prevail like it did for Cosby!

Richard Haass blames Condi Rice for over expanding NATO which created today’s problems regarding Putin’s desire to Make Russia Great Again! After World War One there were new countries that were created out of the Austrian Empire. Even though the Soviet Union had surrendered the Ukraine and the Baltic States as part of the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk they very quickly took them back after the collapse of Imperial Germany.

After World War Two the Soviet Union had conquered Eastern Europe and then gave them up with the collapse of the Soviet Union. Those countries were very quickly brought into NATO. We wouldn’t stop there and accepted the Baltic States as well. According to Zelensky it was Obama looking the other way during the Russian takeover of the Crimea that precipitated today’s war!

I don’t recall any discussion on sexual orientation when I was in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades. Frankly don’t see why we need to start now with 5,6,7 and 8 year old’s just more political indoctrination from the democrats!

The citizens of New York are coughing up 600 million bucks to help build a football stadium for a team that most of them could careless about! The county that the Buffalo Bills are located in are coughing up another 250 million bucks. Mind you we are talking about replacing a stadium that was built less than 30 years ago!

The owner of the Bills is worth 6 billion dollars and he is paying his QB a cool quarter of a billion bucks. All of which makes perfect sense for Joe Six Pack to help them with their hard earned tax dollars to build a new football home for the billionaire owner and millionaire players. But having forked out this money many will not be able to afford seats to watch these guys bash their brains out in person!

But last nights show should have become a teaching moment regarding the amount of violence black men commit against other black men in his country! Perhaps the Academy should have asked Mila Kunis to hold another moment of silence for black on black violence in America!

President Eisenhower understood that because democracy’s were slow to respond to threats he built up America’s nuclear weapon capacity! Since that time American military strategy was to never take the use of nuclear weapons off the table for any reason! Very likely because the Soviet Union controlled all of Eastern Europe and had a population that was twice the size of the USA!

Biden and the nicer class of folks want to modify this strategy to only use nuclear weapons in response to others using nuclear weapons first. In reaction to the invasion of Ukraine our NATO allies are pushing back on this change by the US President. God forbid that Biden succeeds in doing this and Russia and China combine in making a conventional war against the West!

The fact is Biden had nothing to do with bringing our allies together it was Putin’s very public humiliation of them that did that! It was Biden’s decision not to sanction Nord Stream 2 that encouraged Putin’s invasion of Ukraine!

The fact is that the worst thing that happened to the world since World War II was the pandemic and yet the Chinese dictator kept the World Health Organization (WHO) out of Wuhan making it impossible for the WHO to determine the real cause for it!

The second worse thing to happen in Europe since the WW 2 is the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian dictator. Globalization made Europe dependent on Russian gas which Putin is using to fund his war! A recent book on Anne Frank claims that it was a Jewish guy that turned Frank into the Gestapo in exchange for saving his own family. The author hired an ex-FBI guy and historians to do research on this and believe that they are 85% correct! After some 70+ years it is not likely that anyone will get it 100% right at this late date!

The Jewish community is very upset with the book either because the book got it completely incorrect or perhaps because it undercuts the the significance of Anne Franks story who is the face of the Holocaust!
