I remember when no one was buying yellow diamonds because they were yellow, but some smart huckster started calling them champagne diamonds and everyone had to have one! Back in the day we called them street bums, pan handlers, or beggars but today they are all homeless!
Recently California researchers discovered that a majority of homeless are no longer the mentally ill and drug abusers but rather folks who are actually homeless. This of course makes complete sense given the millions of illegal aliens living in the State. They are no longer begging or pan handling because they can just smash and grab the local stores or automobiles for whatever they need because they know the local DA’s are not going to press any charges!
