No not someones earned run average but rather the Equal Rights Amendment or more specifically the Equal Renumeration Amendment. Women have free speech, the right to vote and can run for office! This amendment should be called the Equal Pay Amendment (EPA) as the plaintiff lawyers are going to file class actions and sue everybody they can!

Now as it is way less expensive to settle then to fight lawsuits this will become another lucrative income stream for the lawyers and their DNC benefactors. Most democrat voters really believe that it is the company or their insurance company that picks up the tab for this but in fact is passed on to the consumer in the form of higher prices!
