Apparently this is still legal in the USA as AOC wants Clarence Thomas off the Supreme Court because Thomas’ white wife was a big fan of Trump’s! I have no idea if the judge actually saw a pubic hair on his Coca-Cola can but he did successfully push back the white guy Democrats including Biden who was running his lynching!
Fast forward 30 years and the white guy Republicans looked almost as bad conducting their own electronic lynching of Brown Jackson! Not only are the SJC’s nominee’s getting younger but they have increasingly less and less legal experience which does not bode well for the Supreme Court! As for pubic hair this generation scalps themselves so future nominee’s are not going to ask whose hair is on their can of Coke!
