Recently while having my Morning Joe, I watched my usual 30 seconds of Morning Joe! They were discussing a recent Politico poll that said that Republicans are less concerned about racism, homophobia, and Antisemitism than Democrats are! At first blush this would make perfect sense because most black, LGBTQ and Jewish folks are democrats!
More importantly who decides what is racist, homophobic, and antisemitic is very important to this discussion. So if I think that Israel is an apartheid country, that a transgender woman swimmer shouldn’t be allowed to compete against people who were identified at birth as female, or that no BLM protests were entirely peaceful does that make me a racist, a homophobic, or an anti-Semite? All I can say is thank God I’m a registered Independent!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
