- Killing members of the group;
- Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
- Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
- Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
- Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.” UN.
So killing 6 million Jews is clearly a genocide and killing 600,000 Gypsies is as well but is killing 60,000 Gazan’s a genocide or was it just self defense? One could argue that HAMAS committed Genocide on October the 7th and one could argue that Israel did the same after October the 7th! So where are we? Let’s hope that in an effort to save 10 million Jews that we don’t end up killing more than 10 million muslims as well!
