The AI folks are panicking because they understand that Trump is headed for a big loss in Congress and the democrats will do even more damage to the AI Industry.
China is not going to make a deal here and is drooling over a democrat win! The fact is that they are selling an open AI system and will hide behind the fact that they have no control over what people are using it for! We saw the same thing when they were making and selling Fentanyl and when push came to shove they stopped making it but sold the ingredients to drug dealers in Mexico who make it and sell it to the USA instead! Problem solved!
