At the start of W W 2 the dictators Hitler and Stalin were allies and had they stayed that way they could have prevailed once again! As for W W 3 the question is will the dictators of Russia and China prevail this time or will it be the democracies of India and America? Sorry, but unless the democracies get very lucky for a third time my money is on the dictators this time around!
