First, Congress got rid of Red Lining which created the single family housing bubble! Then the Fed created Quantitative Easing which created the multifamily housing bubble and now Congress is creating the affordable rental housing bubble to house the millions of legal and illegal migrants now living here! So what folks who pay the taxes should be asking is what are Congresses definition of affordable? My guess is that for the democrats that would include FREE!
