“She (Ghislaine Maxwell) holds triple citizenship for the following countries: United Kingdom (where she was raised), France (where she was born), United States (where she was naturalized in 2002)” Google AI. Does this make her as American as someone who holds only one passport? Should someone who holds more than one passport be allowed to vote for US president? Shouldn’t Maxwell have had to give up her foreign passports in order to live here permanently? If not why not?
“To obtain a second citizenship by investment, applicants typically are not required to live in the country full‑time or pass exams on its language or history. A spouse, children, parents, brothers, and sisters can also be included in the application. The exact conditions depend on the country chosen. A second citizenship may serve as a contingency option during political instability, border closures, or other unforeseen events.”Passportivity. Like say a World War between the US and China for example!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
