They must have had some really huge boobs, but I wonder if this was for a transgender man doing time in a California men’s prison?
As a boob man I’ve written many times that breast reduction surgery should be outlawed but I suppose that there are exceptions to every rule! My sister in law was a surgical nurse who worked on a breast reduction and apparently they remove the nipples in order to reposition them on the smaller breast. One of the apprentice nurses threw the nipples down the drain so they had to tattoo them instead!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
