Let’s assume that Scott is correct, instead of turning off the whole world’s electrical-monetary system let’s say that China only turns off America’s system. But lets say it does this at the beginning of WW 3. Biden who has been accused of being wrong on every foreign policy issue over the last 50 years is attempting to negotiate this away with the Chinese who kept WHO out of Wuhan at the start of the worst event since WW 2.
