Jewish Nationalist Israeli’s are divided by their Religious Right or Nonreligious Left with the former attempting to impose a no State solution for the Palestinians while the latter is promoting a single State solution for them! In both cases they are imposing a Jewish democracy for Israel. Coming off the Holocaust who can blame them but 2 wrongs doesn’t necessarily make it right!
But in order to maintain the “appearance” of being a democracy one of two things must happen; first, if you are seeking a no State solution you must drive them out of East Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza to prevent Palestinian voters from overwhelming your Jewish democracy or secondly, allow a single State solution for the Palestinians which opens the door to a “modern” Palestinian Army!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
