When it comes to the expanding pay gap between unmarried women and men I am defining a woman as someone who has a vagina and a man as someone who has a penis! Given this, there are jobs that women excel in over men and visa versa and they should get paid more for doing those kinds of jobs!
For example when I ran a manufacturing plant women did a much better job of assembling small pieces while men did a much better job of moving heavy product. But because the pro-union left is redefining what a man and a woman is they want all of thier comrades to be paid the same! Equal pay for unequal work!
