Coming off the heels of Covid nobody trusts China so they have to export Open AI systems! Now because the Chinese Commies don’t trust there own people they will only allow closed systems in China! This would be further proof that closed systems are safer! Unfortunately given the political and media environment in America my guess is that China will ultimately win the AI race. Xi showed his increasing contempt for the UN by coming to America but not to New York City!
