I applaud Cunningham’s courage! For the LGBTQIA community this is an all or nothing issue. Having been discriminated against for centuries their extremist position is that real women can actually have penises! But mutilating people whose brains have yet to be fully formed makes little sense to me. That said let the parents make that mistake instead of the government if in fact a mistake is being made! Let the parents pay to fix it!
