Nudification

“Elon Musk’s company xAI has sued Minnesota over the state’s first-in-the-nation law that bans “nudification” technology on websites and apps, potentially providing a test for how far states can go in constitutionally regulating the use of artificial intelligence. Musk’s company sued Monday in federal court, days before the law is set to take effect Saturday and make Minnesota the first state to try to outlaw the increasingly proliferating technology that lets people use AI to to create fake nude images of real people. The law was signed in May.” AP.

Ironic because the internet was built by porn websites! Minnesota is a Blue State and as a result will be pushing back on AI wherever it can! Because this is the lowest hanging fruit the DEMS will attack AI here first. The fact is that nude images of real & fake people have been produced for sometime but AI will make it easier for it to be created! However the new law doesn’t fine the creator but rather Musk’s xAI company instead!
