With the explosion of Boob Tubes and Idiot Boxes in America the country would increasingly move Leftward! This would be greatly accelerated by Cable TV and then especially by Social Media! The very first benefactor of this trend was JFK who is still very much an over rated President by the Leftist Academic Presidential Historians! Will be interesting to see where JFK ends up?
With the acquisitions of the Washington Post, CBS and Twitter (X) by billionaires who are pushing these leftist news outlets to move rightward the democrats are screaming bloody murder now that they no longer have a media exclusive in the USA! Fox got its start recognizing that the Right wasn’t being served at all my ABC, NBC and CBS! They would swoop in and become the #1 news outlet, although combined legacy media still has the largest overall market share!
