Ultimately it is the voters who pack or unpack the Supreme Court. It used to be that you needed 60 votes to choose a Supreme but Democrat Senator Harry Reid and Democrat President Obama decided to blow up the filibuster for choosing Judges and as a result today it only requires a simple majority! Having lost two Presidential Elections (Gore and Clinton) to the Electoral College the DEMS are looking to “fix” America’s democracy which in the end will only exacerbate the political divide here!
