Triple Constraint

“The saying, “You can only pick two: Fast, Cheap, or Good,” is the practical application of the Triple Constraint in project management. This rule dictates that every project is limited by three interconnected variables: time, cost, and scope, which translate directly to speed, expense, and quality. It is impossible to maximize all three simultaneously; an adjustment to one forces a compromise on another. Understanding this constraint is the first step in successful planning.” Project Manager

The personal management equivalent of this is you can pick your friends, you can pick your nose but you can’t pick your friends nose! Without data you are just another person with an opinion, a camel is a horse that was designed by a committee and the IQ of a committee is lower than the lowest IQ of its dumbest member!

And that is allI’m going to say about that!
