Back in the day we called them Tomboys! I suppose the male version might be a Nancy boy and at the end of the day the fact is that there are only 2 genders. But if someone wants to start a Transgender Sports League that makes way more sense then having someone born with a penis playing against Serena Williams or someone born with a vagina playing against Tiger Woods!
