“More than 1,000 Jewish creatives, executives and Hollywood professionals have signed an open letter denouncing Jonathan Glazer’s “The Zone of Interest” Oscar speech.The group’s statement says: “We refute our Jewishness being hijacked for the purpose of drawing a moral equivalence between a Nazi regime that sought to exterminate a race of people, and an Israeli nation that seeks to avert its own extermination.” Variety
If much of Israel looked like Gaza does today then I would understand the comment on extermination but when you see the level of the destruction in Gaza it appears more like Israel is doing the extermination and not the other way around! Frankly what has gone around is coming around for both Likud and Bibi but hey the American Jewish community is acting much the same way black Americans did with OJ.
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
