Appointed by AG Garland who was appointed by Joe “nice old forgetful guy” Biden, who did recognize that Biden intentionally kept classified documents so that he could show them to his ghostwriter! The only difference is that Biden got to use his documents before Trump could use his so I’m not sure what is worse here, Biden using them or Trump hiding them!
According to the Special Council he decided that because Joe was such a nice old forgetful guy that no jury would convict him but nothing ventured nothing gained either! Now while the real story here is Joe actually using his secret documents for his book, he and his media allies are focusing the story on his “forgetfulness” which everyone already knows. This is like Biden admitting that he robbed the bank but that didn’t kill the bank guard! Nothing special about that Joe is A supreme bullshit artist!
