This is a very understandable woke decision by the owner of the premier NFL team of this century!! But while Belichick had 5 years of head coaching experience Mayo had only 5 years of assistant coaching experience when they were hired by Kraft! I suppose you have to start somewhere but generally these kinds of politically correct decisions don’t cut it! Stay tuned!
