Nixon made a couple of interesting predictions, first that if relations between Russia and China become close that Taiwan is toast and second that controversial comments may provoke a war. Kissinger said the same thing about World War 3 looking more like World War 1 where an assassination of an Archduke provoked events.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi who voted against free trade with China goes to Taiwan and promises to defend it while Joe Biden who voted for free trade with China stated we would go to war with China in its defense. America has painted itself into very dangerous corners whether it is defending the “democracy’s” of Israel or Taiwan and needs to re-evaluate both of its positions!
