God awful what happened over there on October 7, 2023. The Israelis have a right to defend themselves but what exactly does that mean? Coming off the Holocaust and how easy it was for Hitler to lead Jews and Gypsies to slaughter you “understand” why so many in Israel would want to exact a very large penalty on Hamas!
On America’s 9/11 the question is did we over react? One could argue that the minimal response was to kill Bin Laden and move on or perhaps to also Arm the Northern Alliance in an effort to help them overthrow the Taliban! Having accomplished those limited objectives America could have then declared victory as opposed to eventually being routed in both Iraq and Afghanistan!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
