The idiot peace in our time folks lead to the demise of the British Empire which in turn was the direct result of the Allies leadership imposing a very punishing peace treaty on Germany which would lead to the rise of Hitler! Unfortunately 60 million people would pay the ultimate price for this stupidity!
Interestingly their American equivalents are now leading us to war with China over Taiwan. In the face of the Ukraine war the anti-nuke left has backed away from disowning a nuclear first strike strategy! The reason why we are here is because the idiot peace thru trade left was a complete failure just like the idiot peace in our time strategy was!
