The French call them Charcutier or Salumist in America they are called Law Makers! I love a good hot dog, Italian Sausage. Andouille, or Chorizo but I’m sure if I ever saw them being made I might never eat them again! This is why sausage making is best being left behind closed doors. The same goes for Scweddy Balls.
