Back in the day when this was America’s primary mode of transportation, the federal government would never have considered throwing money at the buggy and whip manufacturers in order to save them! But when you consider the money the FEDS threw at everyone during the pandemic it makes your head spin!
I remember when the first thing NYC mayor DiBlasio wanted to get rid was the Central Park buggy rides and just the other day a horse got sick and there were renewed calls to ban them! I also remember when an Umpire keeled over at a ball game but no one was calling to stop playing ball. But don’t worry the MLB and players association is doing a great job of killing the game anyway!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
