Did I just commit a hate crime? The pro-democrat Chicago Sun-Times just published an editorial titled “Jussie Smollett is guilty. Now less focus on victims of real hate crimes.” The fact is Jussie accused every Republican heterosexual white guy in the Chicagoland area of being a homophobic racist Trump supporter! Had Jussie been a white guy Kim Foxx would have thrown the book at him!
Personally I hate crime of any kind! But being an asshole shouldn’t necessarily be considered a crime! As you have just seen with Smollett’s conviction assholes come in all colors and they should all be treated the same regardless of the color of them! Chappelle is correct that we need to get back to a stick and stones standard as opposed to the current you made me cry standard of lawlessness that we are increasingly using today!
