Dr Kissinger has said that we could be facing a world war one type of confrontation with China over Taiwan. Will this be a limited engagement in the South China Sea or could it go global?
If it goes global is the world facing a mutually assured destructive incident or will someone in China, Russia or the USA have figured out how to unilaterally disarm their opponent by using AI?
