After the year we’ve just had this isn’t saying a hell of a lot. Most of the happy countries on this list were very unhappy during the 1940’s! Today they are very happy because America succeeded in keeping the Russian bear off their door step! To a lessor extend they must be thrilled that the USA is still pitching in for their defense! But Biden has not made them any happier for sure in this regard with his mishandling of Afghanistan.
