This allows the rich and famous to travel the world in their private jets or yachts without any worry about destroying the planet or their careers, especially if they are climate change advocates. They can do this by paying an organization to plant trees on their behalf to offset any carbon their planes or boats are belching into the atmosphere.
Very ironic as every year we have more and more fire storms taking place in the world burning down large tracts of forest due to climate change! So you do have to ask yourself is all of this carbon credit net zero P.R just a bunch of B.S.? As our climate change czar once said while attending a climate change meeting you can’t expect someone like him to fly commercial. That pretty much says it all.
