Both my Father and his oldest Son were one of these. Prohibition was a huge mistake and an even bigger mistake was not taking 100% of liqueur taxes and pumping it into addiction treatment! We are making the very same mistake with weed. I remember reading about Mrs. Lou Gehrig who is reported to have a had a love for the stuff giving away all of her husbands baseball collection for two cases of booze. If true really tragic to take advantage of a person like this!

Today you have all of these movie stars investing in booze companies which of course is legal but some of these folks are claiming to be socially responsible types and you wonder just how much of their profits are going back into addiction treatment programs? Perhaps in the end they are not as socially responsible as they make themselves out to be. Here’s mud in your eye!

And that is all I’m going to say about that.
