What a difference a year can make! Sonny who became the Govfather after Vito Cuomo passed on wrote a best selling book about leadership. This of course was right in the middle of Covid which he mishandled and on the heels of a Presidential election. Brother Fredo who works for a partisan pro-democrat TV network was helping his big brother defeat Trump while hopefully positioning brother Santino to become the boss of all bosses in a future Presidential election.
In my mind I can hear Vito Cuomo saying to the underboss of the demmy party “look how they massacre my boy”. While son Frederico is very likely headed for a local TV station in Las Vegas! In the end Sonny ended up just like Vito, Michaela Cuomo will attempt to salvage the families fortunes but will have to make the “progressive” democrats an offer they can’t refuse.
