As 50% of families earn $60,000 or less the burden for paying this debt off will fall on folks making more than 60K per year which in turn means that those folks will be paying way more than 84K. They in turn will likely be paying off their kids share of this debt as well so you should expect a huge tax bill eventually. The burden for paying this off will fall far more heavily on Republicans than Democrats. More good news for Trump supporters.
