During the US Civil War you saw the extensive use of the new repeating rifle while towards it’s end came the limited use of the Gatling machine gun. This war would be followed by WW1 which saw the extensive use of the machine gun while towards its end the use of the Tank! WW2 would see the Blitzkrieg of German Tanks followed by the use of two nuclear weapons which would end this war.
The world has not seen another major world war and the thought of an extensive use of nuclear weapons is difficult to imagine. However it can’t be ruled out completely and Biden’s vote against the Strategic Defense Initiative is just another example among many he and the better class have attempted to impose on the USA. What will Biden do if Xi moves against Taiwan or Hong Kong!
