Doctor Kissinger wrote about losing control over artificial intelligence but having lost the arsenal of democracy to the arsenal of dictatorship we will need every advantage we can get from AI in order to prevail and that is the unfortunate price that the peace thru trade democrats have left to all of us. Quite sure that the dictators will be exploiting AI to its fullest potential especially when it come to both mass surveillance and weapon systems!
