Their female employees and female clients don’t want them in their spa either. But Washington State insists on them. And now so does the Ninth Circuit.” LA Times.
While the Judge was politically incorrect he was in fact correct! So say goodbye to the women-only nude spa! More Judicial over reach from the 9th Circuit which again reminds me of the idiot Massachusetts Judge that mandated forced busing! The Spa’s customers will end up doing exactly what the Irish did in South Boston and move to another spa while the Dick’s move into the one they went to! Yup, Dick with Vagina and Jane with Dick!
