Did the Times do the same assessment with Biden’s judicial appointments? How about Obama?
This all began with Senator Harry Reids termination of the filibuster for 100 judicial appointments during the Obama administration and is the democrats fault. Interestingly democrat James Carville is advocating that the Supreme Court be expanded from 9 to 13 judges as a fix. Both sides are appointing increasingly partisan judges which will greatly impact on the credibility of our judicial system! Civil War here we come!
