“U-Haul data shows California leads the nation in net out-migration for six consecutive years, with Arizona, Nevada and Texas attracting the most residents. Housing costs 57.8% more in California than the national average, making affordability the primary driver of the exodus.” LA Times. It also leads the nation in net illegal migration as well and it doesn’t help when you do a piss poor job of controlling fires as well.
The Governor should be apologizing for doing such a lousy job but instead is running for President. While the Mayor of LA is reworking the fire reports of the most recent fire storm which burned down thousands of homes, no wonder housing is unaffordable there. Now the democrat unions want a 5% wealth tax imposed on tech billionaires who will be exiting California as well if it becomes law! Hasta La Vista Baby…
