San Francisco just approved paying 5 million bucks in reparations to their black SF citizens which if paid by SF non-black tax payers, the city would then have to take $600,000 out of the pockets of each non-black SF tax payer! You should expect black people to move to San Francisco and non-black SF residents to move elsewhere!
