I had my first experience with a “Schizophrenic” this summer and a few weeks later he was making a throat slashing signal to an 8 year old and was carted off by the police! It begs the question of why the Reiners didn’t secure their bedroom door or why they just didn’t stay home with Nick as opposed to taking him to a party.
I remember another instance like this where having been committed a mother couldn’t accept it and had her son released to her home! He would then bash his Father’s head in and stab his Mother to death! Emotionally driven decision making doesn’t always work but it does sell newspapers! If it bleeds it leads!
