I own a Honda CR-Z hybrid that recharges the electric battery off of my gas engine! This is my half a loaf fix to climate change! The problem with all electric is not only how long it takes to recharge the battery but the availability of charging stations. Way more gas stations than electric charging stations that fill up the gas tank way faster than electric ones!
If I were to purchase an all electric car it would be my second car for around the town driving! I would NEVER use it for long haul traveling until they fix the above challenges! I understand that the Chinese have 5 minute charging stations but buying Chinese is equivalent to not only making a contribution to their war machine but to making things worse for climate change!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
