If America doesn’t provide the leadership for the world’s democracies then who will? The UN? The EU? Given the collapse of the Soviet Union the EU along with America’s nuclear umbrella should have been capable of handling Putin’s Russia without any tactical military support from America but instead they chose to take advantage of the USA’s generosity or stupidity instead!
As compared to today’s communist China the Soviet Union was really a 98 pound weakling who continues to struggle in Ukraine! At some point China will move against Taiwan provoking a Pacific War which very likely includes America! A long war is to China’s advantage given their manufacturing capabilities and capacities. The Left thought trade would turn them into Democrats instead it only made them a greater threat to the West!
And that is all I’m going to say about that!
