LA is a sanctuary city so its a very easy fix, send the illegals back to where they came from and eliminate providing sanctuary for them! Between spending trillions on them for homes and trillions for slave reparations make sure that no Federal dollars are spent for this!
What will happen is that the Billionaires will take their businesses to Florida and Texas followed closely by multimillionaires! If this is done at the Federal level then the billionaires are dusting off their golden passports and moving out of the USA, while America turns itself into the next EU that can’t even protect itself from Russia.
