Myanmar is a Military Dictatorship which is allied with Xi and Putin, so you would expect that they are the first on the ground given their Asian locations!
On top of all of this America is broke housing millions of illegals while Russia and China have no illegals living in their countries! Once again the Times is being both disingenuous and partisan! Russia has their hands full and likely not giving them a lot of help! Let the EU take care of Europe and the Asians take care of Asia! America no longer needs to dominate the entire world!
